Makes sense since Smackdown supposedly only generates half the value they get from their other popular shows and likely way less than what news shows bring in.

Would also explain why FOX was very comfortable cutting back on the amount of ads and breaks for SD since it wasn't worth the hassle to try to squeeze more money at lower returns for WWE's show.

Tozawa versus Kendrick No DQ match was pretty good overall. Maybe the best ever match Kendrick has had on the brand. Same for 205 Live this week being pretty good overall.

In regards to Smackdown, it was average at best and the only really interesting stuff was Bayley channeling her inner Switchblade and the Draft being an entertaining train wreck. I'd give tonight's show 2.5 sarcastic Steph claps out of 5.

Seth and Charlotte to Raw make sense. If Charlotte is on Raw, then Andrade will also be on Raw, which means Aleister Black is going to be on Raw. It could very well be that the first five are Seth, Brock, Charlotte, Nakamura and Aleister. Which is in line with what they did on SmackDown, with Aleister in the Drew spot and Nakamura & Zayn in The OC spot.

That means that the next wave is The New Day to Raw, Daniel Bryan to SmackDown, Bayley to Raw, Harper to SmackDown and Rowan to Raw.

You then get The Miz to Raw, Ali to SmackDown, Corbin to Raw, Elias to SmackDown and the Raw Tag Champs to Raw. Working out so far.

Joe to Raw, Asuka & Sane to SmackDown, Rusev to Raw, Alexander to SmackDown and Rey to Raw. This seems...wonky. I mean, Smackers needs women at this point. Rusev to Raw to feud with Lashley works, but Rey to Raw? You'd think he'd be with Cain Velasquez. They've also got Andrade on Raw. Are they really going to try that hard with Lucha House Party as Hispanic stars on SmackDown?

R-Truth to Raw, Carmella to SmackDown (I think they will televise this split), AOP to Raw, Titus O'Neil to SmackDown (can't be Heavy Machinery again) and Apollo Crews to Raw.

Andrade to Raw, Liv Morgan to SmackDown, Jinder Mahal to Raw, Buddy Murphy to SmackDown and Mojo Rawley to Raw could end out the draft.

At least that way, it seemingly gets people in the places it seem they would be roughly suited. Part of me thinks you just swap Alexander and Rey so that Rey is on Smackers and Alexander stays with his rabbi in Heyman. That seems like it would make a lot of sense. You really need someone else who can go on SmackDown.

If you called up Kassius Ohno and put him and Cesaro together, they could have some crackers with The Usos.

Never bothered to advertise locally that Reigns vs. Rollins was going to be on the show, nor told the crowd it was for the 1st draft pick, nor even bothered to announce what the finish to the match was.

Disagree to a point.

They should either put all the women on one show and get rid of one of the world championships (which they're not going to do for the sake of having tits on both shows), OR keep the women's roster split, but do away with the unnecessary tag team belts. Having both things happening is worthless, as you either don't have a complete roster large enough to accomodate multiple viable tag teams without doing that stupid wildcard shit, or you have a solitary roster that doesn't need two headline champions, and the tag straps seems like it was only formed to be a gimmick to give the IIconics and to temporarily keep Sasha and/or Bayley happy and on the payroll with no thought given to anything longer term than those four ladies.
