If The Elite get stripped it would suggest their suspension is gonna last a pretty significant amount of time. Doesn’t feel like something they’d do if they were only getting a 2 week suspension like Kingston.

Disappointed we did not get any word on punishment or using any of it to their advantage. That said, enjoyable episode.

I like that Stokely and crew seem to have just been hired guns for MJF and not a new stable for him.

Even without Jericho spoiling it, there is no way Hangman was winning. Even though he wasn't there and wasn't punished, it would be a bad look to reward him with a victory right away.

Pac is a double champion and still completely underutilized.

Where the Hell is Miro again? Black quit so his fued with House of Black is ober, but damn get that dude in a new angle immediately. For him to not even be on the show is inexcusable.

I think its flat out garbage that they made the wrong call in the tag match at All Out so they're going to try to make up for it with a Ghostbusters 2 type match at Grand Slam. Yeah, maybe Swerve does some heel things and they keep the titles but you can't capture the lightning in a jar moment that they had at All Out. They aren't going to be able to replicate that. They'll try and it won't be bad but it won't be anywhere near what number 1 was.

A lot of workers still know what its like to get heat and how to chase that dragon. The show might be disjointed but magic might happen in a murpheys law sort of way.

This I definitely agree with. Wrestlers of yesteryear had to convince audiences that what they were seeing is real. Wrestlers of today have to make them forget its not, which some would argue is a more difficult task. So they have to adapt to changing times and use whatever method they can to make fans feel how they want them to. Because to me at least, thats the most important part, and where the art in wrestling lies.
