he drove a car going 50mph into a stationary hearse without a seatbelt - do the maths.....but seriously doesnt this remind anyone of when kane screwed UT out of title at royal rumbel against HBK??? and then set fire to casket?? now they'll have to 'resurrect' UT for about the 5th time

I haven't heard of anything planned as far as changing his look (again). I think this was just done for the sake of getting people talking. With the hopes that more people will tune in to future PPvs to see what happens next. Also, they needed to do something huge with Heidenreich in order to get fans to accept him in a program with Taker. I dont expect Taker to be off TV for more than a week to be honest.

JBL reminds me so much of Honky Tonk right now. He just manages to pull off the victory every fricken time

So where are they going now? Show/JBL/Kurt 3 way.

Eddie should be in there as well since he won his match as well. So I could see a 4 way at SurvSer. Either that, or they do Show-JBL one on one, and maybe some type of Elimination match with "Team Angle" vs "Team Eddie".

Back to JBL, I was thinking about this today, but has JBL actually pinned anyone in a WWE Championship match? I mean I know he's won some non title matches, but I cant think of any title matches where he gets the pinfall. He beat Eddie by DQ, by touching corners and by escaping a cage. He beat Taker by DQ, and now by throwing him in a car. Who knew he was a long term champion?

I dont know where they go with Cena. Cant go back to Booker T. Dupree and Kenzo are doing the tag thing. That pretty much leaves Reigns and Jindrak as the highest level heels that need a program. Reigns would seem more logical.

The good thing is that with SurvSer being the next PPV for SD they dont need very many one on one programs. They can throw a bucnh of guys in a couple of Elimination matches and start building new things for the PPV in December.

The Answer
10-04-2004, 12:21 AM

They're totally over-doing it though. At least Honky Tonk sang. JBL just bitches about stupid shit that sometimes doesn't even have to do with the program he's in, and then beats up mexicans and faceless wrestlers.

If Big Show is the one to take the title off JBL I'm going to be pissed off, and if Eddie Guerrero doesn't get another title shot before WrestleMania I will probably stab someone in the eye with a ballpoint pen.

At least there's always RAW, where we have the youngest WWE Champion in history.... wait.... god damnit, WWE!!!

Yeah, a Tombstone in the ring finishes a match 99% of the time. A Tombstone on the steel steps and JBL is up a minute later. Thats pretty fucking stupid.

He got up a minute later? Sorry for the stupid question I didn't really get to see it. I only use results by computer. It sounded pretty odd that he got up after a Tombstone on Steel steps. Probably one of the worst sellers I've ever heard/seen.

I'm not exaggerating. After the Tombstone ont the steel steps I thought "ok, that HAS to be it". JBL was cut open and he rolled around for about a minute. Then when he got up and was doing things like smashing Taker in the head with a steel chair and walking around like nothing happened (other than the blood) I was like "WTF, I can't believe this match isn't over. This has to be one of the worst no-sellers I've ever seen". It was a Tombstone Piledriver on steel steps, for fuck sakes.......... :nono:

Oh, but there is morrrrrrrrrre.

After THAT, Taker gives JBL a chokeslam through a table. Holy shit chants all around. Now........... THAT has GOT to be it! Taker carries JBL to the hearst and opens the door and Heidireich comes out and cloroforms Taker, puts him to sleep and stuffs him in. Then Taker wakes up, comes out and kicks Heidireich's ass. As Taker turns around, a totally refreshed JBL gives Taker the Clothesline From Hell and he and Heidireich stuff Taker into the Hearst and it drives away. Match over.

So here we have JBL no selling a Tombstone on steel steps, no selling a chokeslam through a table, and Taker getting up from being cloroformed by Heidireich.............yet a clothesline is what finally finishes it?

Give me a fucking BREAK! :nono:

Cloreoform? Was that what was on that rag that Heienwhatever shoved in Taker's face? I read something about a cloth or something that Heidenreich shoved in Taker's face after he opened the hearse. God if that was JBL after that truck hit the hearse. He would have just got out of the hearse 2 minutes later and waved to the crowd and walked off.

CosaNostra
10-04-2004, 11:10 AM
Yeah, when Heidenreich came out of the hearst he started pouring it on a cloth from a bottle.

Yes, I admit the ppv was pretty good. And I guess the JBL match might not be as bad as I think it is. I'll rent the DVD on video when it comes out. I'm just kinda pissed that out of all things a clothesline was what made Taker lose the match and yet JBL can be chokeslammed through a table and Tombstoned on steel steps and still win the match.

Hardkore Kidd J

WWE Championship: John Bradshaw Layfield vs. The Undertaker.

Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio vs. Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns.

World Cruiserweight Title: Spike Dudley vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Billy Kidman.

Tag Team Titles: Rico and Charlie Haas with Miss Jackie vs. Rene Dupree and Kenzo Suzuki with Hiroko.

Chavo Guerrero vs. Carlito.

Scotty II Hotty vs. Mark Jindrak.

Nunzio and Johnny The Bull Stamboli vs. The Dudleys.

Hardcore Holly vs. Heidenreich.

Paul London vs. South Florida’s Orlando Jordan.

*As it appears from the above, it looks as though JBL vs The Undetaker is almost set in stone for Survivor Series, because this House Show is scheduled about one week before the event.

Of Course, cards are subject to change, so anything could happen, but it appears from this, WWE has a plan paved out and they may very well be sticking too it.
