View Full Version : Interesting stories about Sid Vicious.

1. A Squirrel vs. Sid Vicious -

Sid Vicious had a squirrel he took with him everywhere.

Two wrestlers bet him he couldn't keep the squirrel down his pants for a whole minute.

Vicious accepted the challenge and stuck it down his pants.

After about thirty seconds the squirrel bit a very sensitive area.

Sid fell down in pain and crushed the squirrel.

He needed a rabies shot and stitches on his genitalia.

2. Brian Pillman vs. Sid Vicious -

In 1991 the late, great Brian Pillman [who was working for the WCW] and Sid [who was working for the WWF] were in the same town and met at a bar for a couple of drinks.

Sid said some words about a would-be feud with Pillman that never came about, and it led to a skirmish.

The two ending up getting into a minor fight with Pillman coming out the winner.

Sid left the bar and returned later on with a squeegee [window cleaning tool] as a weapon to defend himself against Pillman.

The whole bar laughed their asses off at Sid as did wrestling fans when they heard of it.

People who knew Pillman said that he would have killed Sid in a street fight.

Goes to show just because someone is tall and big doesn't mean they are unbeatable.

3. It is rumored that Sid was fired in 1992 from the WWF do to him causing trouble in his match at Wrestlemania 8.

That rumor is untrue though.

For a long time it was said that he was fired because he kicked out of Hulk Hogan's pinfall at Wrestlemania 8 with then having to have Papa Shango run out and cause a DQ finish.

But in actuality Papa Shango was originally supposed to make a run-in but didn't make it to the ring in time to break the pin.

The real reason Sid was fired from the WWF in 1992 was because he wanted to play softball on a regular basis and started to no-show WWF shows.

The WWF's story at the time though was that Sid failed a drug test but that is also believed to be a lie.

4. Arn Anderson vs. Sid Vicious, 1993 -

Perhaps the most famous shoot brawl of all.

On September 19th 1993, Sid and Arn Anderson got into a major fight at their hotel while in England for a tour.

Sid started going off on how Arn had never drawn money, and they had both been drinking.

Words were exchanged, a beer was thrown and fists were exchanged.

The fight was broken up by various WCW wrestlers, however.

Both Sid and Arn went back to their hotel rooms from there.

But the fight started again only this time Sid had scissors with him.

Sid went to Arn's room and blindsided him with an object, and started pummeling an unconscious Arn.

Arn woke up and the two really got into it.

The scissors were involved too and the entire hotel hallway was smeared with blood.

2 Cold Scorpio came to the rescue and broke it up.

The result was that Arn Anderson had twenty stab wounds while Sid had various cuts on his body.

Both men spent the night in the hospital and then were deported the next day.

They were both going to be fired but WCW officials felt that Sid had started it all and fired him and only suspended Arn Anderson.

The whole thing was a huge mess that embarrassed the whole company.

5. Sid likes playing softball, and will quite often put his softball league ahead of his wrestling federation in terms of importance.

He has taken mysterious leaves of absence in order to play softball on more than one occasion.

6. At a 1995 WWF In Your House PPV event, Sid was doing an interview with Jim Ross but he kept messing up so at one point he said to JR, "Let's do this again," And JR responded with, "It's live pal." Sid finished the promo like nothing happened from there.

The above clip can be find on WWE - Funniest Moments DVD.

7. Tommy Lee vs. Shawn Michaels and Sid, 1995 -

Apparently there was some sort of altercation backstage at Wrestlemania 11 with Shawn Michaels and Tommy Lee in which Tommy Lee tried to jump Michaels from behind, causing Sid to intervene and pin Tommy Lee against the wall. Pamela Lee Anderson's face during the match was like she didn't want to be there.

8. Sid took a shit in his match in his trunks he had with The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 13.

9. At the WCW January PPV, Sid was fighting Scott Steiner for the WCW title in the main event.

Sid was told by WCW officials that they wanted him to expand his ring style before the match and to try some arial moves.

Even though Sid said he couldn't the officials persuaded him to and during the match Sid went up to the ropes and flew down on Steiner.

The result was Sid landing weirdly on his leg and almost breaking it in two.

Sid suffered a double compound fracture to his left leg and had to have a metal rod into the leg which wouldn't be fully healed for a least 6 to 8 months.

A couple of months after the event Sid filed a lawsuit against WCW claiming that they made him do the move off the top rope even though he told them he couldn't.

The match of him messing his leg up is a very infamous clip that can easily be found and seen on the Internet.

A few things here. One. Is this infamous Wrestlemania turd noticable in the match? I mean can you see a buldging turd in his trunks? Two. Did Arn Anderson ever press charges? It sounds like he was trying to kill him. That is some seious shit.

Thank you for telling us things that the majority of us already knew.

You're very welcome, now how about discussing the thread? Since after all, this is a forum and it is meant for discussions.

I mean seriously, did it ever cross your mind that I perhaps wanted to talk about how much Sid sucks and what a pussy he is?

At least Andre whipped some ass in his day and legit tough guys beat his ass where Sid got punked out by a man small enough to be his kid [legit tough guy or not] and had to use a deadly weapon to fight another guy.

The One

You stupid fucker. Most of us already know this shit. AND on top of that there isn't much to talk about, you stated varioud stories and you want us to talk about how he is a "pussy"? Seriously, you need to expand your vocabulary. So far the only wrestlers you have talked about have been Andre and Sid and both have been "pussy". Well here is an idea, take your pent up 13 year old desires to fuck a pussy, and get the fuck off these boards. Sid was weird, Andre was excentric. We know that, we happen to be a group of highly educated wrestling fans with the ability to state more then a list of things we read with the expectation of creating involving conversation.

LMAO. You guys are the greatest.

I gotta give you that much. Some of you come up with some good flames.

I also keep forgetting that this is a smark filled board and unless we are talking about Lance Storm or some other wrestler that the smart marks worship, people like me get flamed.

It's no wonder this place never gets any new posters and that everything here always stays the same. One would think the nonstop repetitiveness would get to some of you. It's like you are a bunch of old people. No changing is ever allowed here.

This board just will not change with the times and refuses any kind of new convos.

It's like new posters or posters who only post every now and then cannot ever win with you fellas.

Okay, so you all knew about Sid, you all knew about Andre, and you all know that entertainment is just as important as actual wrestling.

That's fucking great. We can't discuss those topics further? Why does everything have to be a debate? Why can't we just sit here and tell some other stories we heard or talk further about the stories already posted?

And even if I said things you fellas disagree with, I'd STILL be getting heat.

It's like you guys don't want any type of debating going on, but you also don't want any type of topics to exist that you would all agree with each other on as well.

This place is like the WCW of online forums. Nothing but old geezers who won't ever allow any young blood to come here and for the most part, you guys don't know what you want out of this forum and a lot of you are shrugging your shoulders, unsure of what to do next.

EDIT:

Andre was excentric.

It's spelled, "eccentric."

Highly educated, my ass.

Shut the fuck up TLD. No one cares. :y:

On a side note, is the only thing you try to do is prove how much of a pussy someone is? Maybe the posters in the Wrestling forum should give you a visit and test how much of a pussy you are. THAT'S something we can talk about.

But now that we got that tough guy talk out of the way, let's try to get back on topic.

Funny how you ignored my comments about how this place is the WCW of online forums. It's because you know I am right, which is why this board sucks compared to others. You refuse to let newbies in and unless it's one of the regs started the convo, any non-reg starting topic will get flamed.

Sid did not take a shit in his trunks at WM. I will not say this again.

I wish I could definitvely prove it.

But I will discuss the topic at hand. Pillman is the man.

Funny, I'm one of those occasional posters, and I don't have any problems here. I rather quite like it, to be honest.

Also, new posters do come along, and not all of them are flamed and ran off....only the losers leave, which I am pretty sure is how it was intended to happen.

To the topic at hand though. Sid Vicious sucks. He was always terrible and that is probably how he will be remembered.

I also keep forgetting that this is a smark filled board and unless we are talking about Lance Storm or some other wrestler that the smart marks worship, people like me get flamed.

I wouldn't say that that's entirely true. I dislike Lance Storm, Brock Lesnar, Ricky Steamboat, Dynamite Kid, and several others that everyone seems to like - and I don't get any shit for it; we simply share our opinions on them, but I've never gotten flamed over it.

I do agree with several of your points, but I think you're going about it the wrong way. There isn't anything wrong with discussing old news or topics, but you can't expect to not get some shit from people who might not want to discuss it.

This place is like the WCW of online forums.

That's actually a compliment. WCW was far more entertaining than WWE was / is for the majority of it's run. Then again, I'm sharing an opinion, so I might get flamed now

No seriously we don't have a problem with people with different opinions, or new people for that matter. Hell look in the Kevin Nash thread to see proof of that. What this board DOES have a problem with is wankers.

That's actually a compliment. WCW was far more entertaining than WWE was / is for the majority of it's run

HA, yes...WCW 4 life......

Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair for the 100th time was MUCH better then Stone Cold Steve Austin taking on The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania.

Or how about Hulk Hogan vs. The Ulitmate Warrior at Halloween Havoc? The Undertaker/Mankind match at the King of the Ring had NOTHING on that classic battle....

Also, the tired old boring nWo crap was so much more funny then D-X.....

And that movie, "Ready to Rumble" was TEN FUCKING TIMES better then "The Scorpion King"......

Speaking of that....David Arquette = Greatest champion of ALL time. MUCH better champion then The Rock.

And Bill Goldberg was such a better pure athlete then Kurt Angle.....

OH, AND THAT ASYA chick....so much hotter then Chyna and a much better wrestler.

And what about when Chucky from Child's Play's outdebated Rick Steiner? GREAT STUFF. MUCH better then the Lawler/Heyman debate when ECW invaded the WWF. I mean, the CHUCKY angle had so much more MEANING behind it......

And skits such as Ric Flair being at the nuthouse totally were more funny then the Edge and Christian promos in the ring....I mean, no comparison at all......

Oh yeah, speaking of Flair.....let's also not forget how much the Flair/Bischoff feud OWNED the Austin/McMahon feud......

It's such a shocker WCW went out of business......

Please....Give me a break, dude. WCW sucked. Every week of WCW Monday Night Nitro was like watching old-school WWF tapes. But at least those old timers actually knew a wrestling move or two back when they were younger.

I am glad you insinuated that the nWo was supposed to be funnier then DX. DX and nWo had NOTHING in common. Also comparing Goldberg and Angle??? Where did that one come from. You just happen to leave out that some of Benoit, Jericho, Malenko, Saturn, Guerrero (both of them), Helms, and many others greatest years where in WCW. Oh and let's compare David Arquette to The Rock...why don't we just compare Vince McMahon as a WWF Champion to Ric Flair as a WCW Champion.

Most of your tallys for why WCW sucked came from the Vince Russo era of WCW...which by the by Mr. List of Knowledge...Vince Russo was a writer for *gasp* WWF.

So please, do us a favor, next time you feel like posting, talking, or communicating with anyone of the human race in any way shape or form, skip past the part where you kill off their brain cells and go right into hitting yourself in your 12 year old nut sack with a bat. Thanks!

RE: Old-school WCW

That was before my time.

All I care about is what went on when I was around. I became a wrestling fan in 1988 at age five and yeah, I watched some old-school wrestling in the 80's to get further educated but anything past 1980, I really don't have much of an interest in because many of the wrestlers I am/became fans of were not around. And what's the point of becoming a fan of an old-school wrestler when I won't ever get to see any fresh work by him. And even if I did, I suspect he wouldn't be a very good wrestler anymore anyway because of his age.

As far as the banning threats go:

Do what you gotta do. And it's not like this is the only forum I post on. And at least the other forums I post on know what they want.

Some want no debating at all.

....Others want nothing but debating.

Yeah, those forums have their assholes, but at least they know what they are looking for.

This is probably the only forum I've ever come on where the posters didn't want there to be any debating.....or agreeing.

It's a good thing you guys aren't Hollywood directors or Politicians.

And it's no wonder many of you spend all your time on here, because many of you don't know what it is you want out of life or anything for that matter.

I suspect your parents had a hell of a time shopping for you guys during your Birthdays and Christmas.

No one could ever accuse you fellas of being spoiled brats, I'll give you that much

Yeah, it is funny how ticked off these guys get all because I disagree with them in regards of wrestling. I mean, it's just wrestling. Not life or death.

I didn't even do anything. I start topics about the Macho Man, Sid, Andre The Giant and why entertainment is just as important as actual wrestling and because many of the people disagree with what I posted....BOOM. I'm a bad guy.

Where were you when I was getting flamed all for talking about wrestling?

Seriously, check the old posts. They attacked me first. But I didn't bitch and didn't even start flaming back until they came after me.

In closing,

I post a thread about entertainment being important as actual wrestling and you guys get mad because I posted something you'd all agree with.

I thought...okay, these guys are more into debating. That's cool.

So I actually tired to smooth things over and I post some Andre stories, hoping to get a little debate going and you guys get mad at me for that, saying you don't want any arguing going on.

Those weren't your exact words, but in a nutshell that is what you guys said to me.

If me leaving here is really what you folks want, that's fine. It will probably be best for all of us. Because it sounds like no matter what I post on here, I am damned if I do, damned if I don't.

.....You could have just edited your original post instead of double posting. ;)

That action right there would have gotten me banned. But they can't ban you. After all, who would get their coffee for them if they banned you?

Anyway, I apologize Shadow if I came across as some know-it-all. My original initiation was to discuss how much Sid sucks.

Hell, isn't that a start? We both hate Sid. Let's go from there.....

As to the topic:

Sid is indeed an idiot.

And the Drinker kid is right about WCW. There were parts and moments in WCW that made me love the company. Like Sting/Flair at the first Clash. And for years the in-ring product, especially in the mid-card, was vastly superior to the WWF's. But there are huge huge chunks of time where WCW was totally unwatchable.

That was before my time. All I care about is what went on when I was around. And what's the point of becoming a fan of an old-school wrestler when I won't ever get to see any fresh work by him. And even if I did, I suspect he wouldn't be a very good wrestler anymore anyway because of his age.

That's a funny ass statement right there.

Listen Craig T. Nelson, if you'd bothered to learn that your house was being built on a graveyard before you moved in, we could have avoided two awful sequels.

What you said there was like saying, "I couldn't care less about learning about Abraham Lincoln, since I'll never get to see what he can do now as President" or "Who wants to read about Jesus, since I'll never get to see him cure a blind guy?" - it doesn't make any sense. With logic like that, Turner, McMahon, and every movie studio could just burn their film collections and save themselves tons on storage and management, since there'd be no sense in enjoying a movie if all the actors in it are dead.

Also, your comment about a wrestler not being good anymore because of his age is shit. People said the same thing about Jannetty, Stan Lane, and plenty of other wrestlers who are still active - and then were silenced when they've actually seen them. Are there crappy guys out there who are 'up in age'? Duh. Dusty Rhodes, Kevin Sullivan, and several others come to mind. However, for every bad one, there are two good ones.

I didn't have anything negative at all to say about posting topics on Sid or Andre or anyone else. I like the discussion of old stories and whatnot, even after I've heard them 1,000 times. It's still discussion. What I think is funny however, is how you claim everyone here is a loser, yet you are making a sad attempt at amusing yourself by trying to get people on an online forum pissed at you. That's great.

Also, on the WCW topic - let's mention all of the negative without a single mention of the positive. Not mentioning the fact that if not for WCW, people like Benoit, Jericho, Booker, The Hurricane, and about 50 others wouldn't have jobs right now. Also not to mention that WWE wouldn't have a great deal of it's roster.

WCW may have been 'bad' at certain points - but WWE was for quite a longer amount of time, and is in actuality worse now than WCW was for the majority of it's 'bad' time.

Now this is a discussion. I'm gonna rep TLD because I think he gets a kick out of annoying everyone so much, it's admirable. What's also admirable is that he still stands his ground on whatever he says. Unlike most assholes who make up lame excuses like "my little brother used my account and posted stuff I didn't know about" when they start getting heat.

Still, you could stop copy and pasting stuff from other sites though. It's not really what a forum is meant for. :y:

Ha, that's funny because I was just watching Poltergeist and the sequels just the other day. Awesome movie, and yeah those sequels did suck. Funny because when I was a kid, all three scared me. But I watched the sequels for the first time in a long time and I can't believe they used to freak me out.

But come on, movies and history and old-school wrestling are all very different worlds. It's not easy gaining access to old-school wrestling videos. And the ones I can gain access to [i.e. ones of the Flair DVD], yes I do watch.

And FYI: Marty Jannetty was around during my time, I already said I am down with 80's wrestlers and wrestling. Hell, I was a huge mark for the Rockers as a kid.

And I had no doubt he could still wrestle because I've seen him on the Indy scene. Really, he wrestles better then a lot of the guys today. He should still be there in my view. He deserves a contract.

When I said some wrestlers cannot still wrestle because of their age I meant the really old-school fellas from the 70's like Harley Race and Chief Jay Strongbone or even more old-school, the late, Stu Hart. [I know Harley had a run in the WWF as "The King" but come on, not many people recall that and it's not like he was in his prime at the time] You really think those guys could still wrestle as well as they did in their hay day? Forget about it. So what is the point of trying to find their matches and become fans of wrestlers that are either no longer with us or retired? And even if they were still active or alive, I highly doubt they could still wrestle as well as they once did. People like Terry Funk and Ric Flair are very rare human beings that can still wrestle good. And if someone comes up to me and asks me who my favorite wrestler is, am I supposed to say Harley Race? I mean, what is this? 1975?

Seriously, just because I have not watched wrestling from the begining of time doesn't mean I don't know my stuff. Ask me anything WWF related from the 1980's and beyond, and I will talk all night about it if you want.

Lone Drinker...you watched The Rockers...but then make a comment that you wern't around for the mid 90's WCW? Your logic escapes me good sir...

Oh and just so I can get this out of my system...a dead Tully Blanchard could STILL give a workshop to about 99% of the current wrestlers today. Why Tully doesn't have a statue devoted to him is beyond me.

I am a WWF man....only time I watched the WCW was before Raw and I was rarely impressed. They had a lot of awesome wrestlers. Pity they were jobbing them to the old guys and/or rarely using them. But many of them are in the WWE now and are finally being treated with the respect they deserve.

You know, you knock on WCW because you only hear about the horrible shit. Fine. I'll knock the WWF, when I myself am a 'WWF man'. I will list horrible things that the WWE has done, some horrible even by WCW standards.

- 'Sexual Chocolate'
- Shawn Michaels dropping the European championship to Triple H
- The Birth of a Hand
- 'Choppy choppy your pee pee'
- Kennel from Hell
- Al Snow eats Pepper
- Issac Yankem, DDS
- Meat with PMS
- The Oddities
- Katie Vick
- The Big Show's father and the Big Bossman
- Al Wilson is humped to death
- Saturn and Moppy

The WWE, in some cases, is worse than WCW ever was.

Dude, those gimmicks/angles were fucking funny and entertaining as hell. Shit, I wish I would have taped that stuff when it first aired so I could have access to them forever. Not everything has to be an actual wrestling match to be entertaining.

I agree about the other stuff but sadly none of that crap compares to Oz and the other WCW shit.

.......I really can't believe you listed the Saturn gimmick as being crap and even went as far as saying it was worst then anything WCW did.....at least Vince never put a dress on him like WCW did. ;)

No, but he put a dress on Harvey Whippleman and had him win the women's title.

That is probably because you kissed their ass. You are more like the Sean Waltman of this place.

I'm the Steve Austin. I have a lot of talent and the vets know this so they are trying to drive me away because they fear me taking their spot.

Well, don't worry. The "WWF" of online forums will make me a star. ;)

Why don't you explain to me why I am an idiot? Please educate me.

You're the Stone Cold?

*Picks ass up off of floor and proceeds to reattach it, it fell off due to extreme laughter.*

I think you're more of a Alex Wright. You can write, you just can't form the thought pattern of a human being. Alex could wrestle, he just couldn't get heat.

I don't think you should ever give yourself so much credit ever again.

I'm similar to a wrestler who has just gotten back onto the indy circut after a 3.5 year hiatus. I think thats my TPWW status.

...its me in real life too... shit.. I can't even claim a cool net personality.

I'm a baseball fan. All baseball players who retured before I started watching in 2000 suck balls. I mean, I'm never going to get to see them play, so why be their fan?

because wrestling fans like to moan about wrestling (i.e. the entire of this forum) and one of their major moanings is how it was much better back in the day.

Admittedly i'm with you. I'd also like to fuck babe ruth.
