What in the hell is "Nature Boy" supposed to mean? The only other time I can think of it being used was in a few Bugs Bunny cartoons, when he was being chased around by some sort of caveman or mid-sized ape.

That's where it goes back to the end. That's who the song was written about. I had read a little on him a while back, something about him sleeping under the Hollywood sign.
