Apparently a wrestler in the States wrestles with the name "Big Time" as part of his name and trademarked it. He may be taking legal action.

If he thinks he can beat WWE in court he is dumb.
Yeah, I don't think he'll get anywhere. If they named/nick named a wrestler "Big Time", then yeah, I could see that. But they are using it as a slogan (which is also the title of the theme song), so I don't think he has a chance.

I'm not sure how these things work, but using "Big Time" to promote a wrestling event could be grounds. They'll likely use Peter Gabrielle as an excuse, though.
One day (hopefully) the WWE gets their ass handed to them in court.
