WWE could get sued over WM Slogan?
http://www.wrestleview.com/news2006/1142885066.shtml
Apparently a wrestler in the States wrestles with the name "Big Time" as part of his name and trademarked it. He may be taking legal action. |

If he thinks he can beat WWE in court he is dumb.

Yeah, I don't think he'll get anywhere. If they named/nick named a wrestler "Big Time", then yeah, I could see that. But they are using it as a slogan (which is also the title of the theme song), so I don't think he has a chance.

I'm not sure how these things work, but using "Big Time" to promote a wrestling event could be grounds. They'll likely use Peter Gabrielle as an excuse, though.
One day (hopefully) the WWE gets their ass handed to them in court. |
