These are in no particular order.
Pros:
The influx of new talent over the last two years (Lesnar, Orton, Cena, Dupree/Conway/Grenier, Cade, Jordan, etc.)
Paul Heyman in a prominent TV role (and with a little REAL authority!)
The two #1 contenders? Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero!
A well-booked Royal Rumble match that legitimized almost every participant.
The three-man RAW announce team. Coach definitely takes some of the edge off of having to listen to Ross and Lawler for two hours.
Cons:
Having to listen to Ross and Lawler for two hours.
Steve Austin in a prominent TV role (and with authority!)
Backstage politics
A three-man Cruiserweight division with a dozen cruisers buried on Velocity
The Golden Box of Unused Gimmicks not being entirely a joke

I agree with those to the fullest, but my #5 reason would be Orton's super push. :nono:

I personally don't mind Orton. He's no Bret Hart or anything, but he's proven he can work a good match, and getting air-time with Ric Flair is only going to make him better on the mic. He may be overpushed now, but I'd rather see him main eventing than Mark Henry or Goldberg.

True...I think the thing that bugs me about him is that he was given Booker T's and Christian's push.

^ Agreed. I'd much rather see Christian or Booker (Xtian especially) in that slot. But, when you consider the other alternatives, Orton isn't all that bad.
