The Fast And The Furious - Tokyo Drift.
We've all seen the trailers by now. How fucking asinine does this movie look!?!
I will see this just to see how bad a teen fantasy boy racer movie can be.

That was a rant?
Anyway, I went to Fast and the Furious because the girl I was trying to go out with wanted to go to it.
I went to 2 Fast 2 Furious because the girl I was dating wanted to go see it.
Right now, I'm single and not pursuing anyone. Unless some chick offers to blow me while I watch the movie (And I mean the whole time), odds are I won't see this one.

I don't see Paul Walker here either. Probably recovering from Running Scared. But 8 Below was good.

You know the movie's gonna suck if they couldn't even get the guy who wasn't Vin Deisel back. ;)

Is Bow Wow even old enough to drive?

these are some of the things that i saw in the trailer:
asinine: the scene where the lead character is racing against another ricer, and the other ricer hits another vehicle or an object and there is a big explosion. the lead character looks back and exclaims "WOO-HOO!". the other driver or innocent people may have just been killed or badly injurred, and his reaction is "WOO-HOO!"
stupid: the scene where the quasai-Jap chick is giving the lead character that catch me come fuck me look while he is doing a perfect donut (because he's such an awesome drifter) around her car. i believe this takes place on top of a building. ricer romance gives me the deuch chills.
re-accuring theme: it seems like in all these asine movies, they come up with a random classic American muscle car to try to make look inferior to the Japanese econo-boxes with outrageous paint and body kits. i could swear i saw a '69 Plymouth Roadrunner at one point in the trailer. probably not the best car for drifting.

It's actually occurring, and when you "re-occur," you recur for a recurring theme.
The first isn't all that asinine, because street racers are generally fucktards. The second one, however, IS stupid beyond words.

That was Deisel then?
Indeed.
Never bothered seeing the second one, wasn't too high on the first.

I thought it looked like him, then said ": nah."
Anyway, you didn't miss much with the second. Actually, wait. That's implying you missed something. Nevermind.
