View Full Version : Katie Vick...
I can't believe I'm asking this. Now, I know Kane killed Katie in a car accident, but did he "screw her brains out", or was that Triple H fabricating stories to screw with Kane?

Due to the amount of backlash the WWE were getting about this whole angle, on the final night before the storyline was thankfully dropped HHH admitted that he made that bit up.

Was during a feud between HHH (heel) and Kane (face). HHH was playing mind games with Kane and trying to unsettle him before their upcoming match. HHH delved into Kane's past and "discovered" that Kane had "killed" somebody. As each week progressed you learned a little more of the story. It turns out that Kane had been driving a car, Katie Vick was the passenger, had an accident and she died. Really that's where the story should have finished, but the writers decided to expand on this and as a result HHH alluded to the fact that Kane then had sex with the dead body blah blah blah.
There was such an outcry, that the following week, HHH said he made up the sex stuff just to mess with Kane and the whole storyline was dropped altogether.
Actually, I wonder if the accident was on May 19? :D
Now here's another question: I've heard that Katie Vick was mentioned in the Kane book. How does it play off in there?

I haven't read it in like a year, when I first got it. But from memory it was that Katie was drunk, so Kane drove her home, but couldn't control her car. She fell out and off the side of the road(on the edge of something I beleive) and Kane couldn't hold on, and so she fell to her death, and Kane felt terrible about it since.
I wouldn't take that as much though, as this is the same book that calls Kane and Taker Mark and Glen Calloway, and that 'Kane' was their mothers maiden name, hence why he used it, and the original mask was a family heirloom or something of the sort...

Just to clarify, it wasn't the outcry.
It was the ratings. Otherwise, Vince would have gone around thinking he was brilliant.
