Katie Vick...
I can't believe I'm asking this. Now, I know Kane killed Katie in a car accident, but did he "screw her brains out", or was that Triple H fabricating stories to screw with Kane?

Was during a feud between HHH (heel) and Kane (face). HHH was playing mind games with Kane and trying to unsettle him before their upcoming match. I haven't read it in like a year, when I first got it. But from memory it was that Katie was drunk, so Kane drove her home, but couldn't control her car. She fell out and off the side of the road(on the edge of something I beleive) and Kane couldn't hold on, and so she fell to her death, and Kane felt terrible about it since.

I wouldn't take that as much though, as this is the same book that calls Kane and Taker Mark and Glen Calloway, and that 'Kane' was their mothers maiden name, hence why he used it, and the original mask was a family heirloom or something of the sort...

Just to clarify, it wasn't the outcry.

It was the ratings. Otherwise, Vince would have gone around thinking he was brilliant.
