We can all agree on Morrison's abs though
The fans care about him.
Clearly none of the fans on this board... wait do we still like wrestling?

I'd pay to see bats vs Morrison's abs, bats would lose.
The two best candidates for MOTN are Bourne/Hardy and HHH/Hardy imo

Yeah but the smarks that make up 2 to 5% of WWE's live audience are not who they cater for. And nor should they

But he'd win one of his 32 rematches.

I was sorta expecting the gm to come out after austin stunned orton and remove him as ref or something along those lines. Oh well.

If only :-\

Sadly true, fuck bats. Cena > bats any day.
Did I miss Sheltons match?

You people act like Batista was the worst choice for champion. Look at his pops, legit huge pops everytime he walks out there. He is by far a better choice for the normal viewer than Y2J.
Also, Y2J still has to finish his shit with Shawn. This adds a new piece to that feud, and made sure it will not end up just feuding over the belt.
So I was distracted from the main event by a beautiful Winghouse girl and missed the run-in referee heavy ending to the main event. Seems a bit underwhelming though as Batsy has the big gold belt once again. Fbah, I say.

Shut up, I had to put up with his shitty reigns on Smackdown and now Raw, he is the worest choice for champion, hell HBK is a better option better yet if they ran out of people Morrison did a fantastic job as ECW champ, should get his feet wet in the main-event picture.
You clearly don't watch for entertainment if you think bats is a good champion. :nono:
Did I miss Sheltons match?
It was aired on WWE.com 15 mins before the actual PPV.
It was aired on WWE.com 15 mins before the actual PPV.
WTF!? why?
Because they said it was exclusively on WWE.com from the second it was announced as a match.

Nice handle, sounds very familiar
Yeah, get with it Lux.
:'( I'm trying Juan
Because they didn't think adding it to the PPV to fill the rest of the time was a good idea. After all, 10:45 is likely 85% of the WWE audience's bedtime.

This sucks unless it it setup for Jericho to go around Washington holding a "Conspiracy Victim" sign until he gets his title back.
Oh shit, night guys!
Bed time :p

A. Batista is only as good as the person he's feuding with.
B. He has no depth, and hasn't had depth since his feud with HHH when he left Evolution. Seriously, his character for the past year has been "I want the title." His character for the next few months will be "I'm keep the title" or " Grrr, you made me angry well trying to take my title, now it's personal." Actually, he wasn't awful in his post Mania feud with Micheals, and that did deter a bit from his "I want my belt back" rampage.

The PPV had a few unintentional laugh out loud moments.
Two spring immediately to mind.
The feud that spawned from the main event spot, the revenge feud between former World champion CM Punk and Kofi Kingston vs DiBiase and Rhodes, lost out in the fans voting to the 15th rematch between Cryme Tyme and Morrison/Miz.
Bitter real life enemies The Honky Tonk Man and Roddy "PiperNutz" Piper shaking hands and acting like best pals. Even Honky showing up on WWE TV at all is laughable after everything he has said... I guess they must have finally "given him a deal".

And when discussing washed up athletes who come to Arizona to die, didn't Santino totally drop the ball by not mentioning The Ultimate Warrior?

Oh, right, yeah... he said "athletes".
Bourne/Hardy and HHH/Hardy with 5 votes each!

would last man standing and knock out match be the same thing?
lol @ people acting like they're not gonna watch RAW tomorrow
Batista is bad, but I'm still gonna tune into RAW to see where they go with this

Right down the hill, as planned each time.
We'll just have to wait and see. The truth is, I've been watching WWE almost consistently since 1993, so not even last night can make me not want to watch RAW.
I'm sure we all bitch about it and say we won't some even 'remembering dates' in which they stopped watching, we are all liars, we all watch no matter what or we wouldn't be in the wrestling forum :o
Thanks Lux, I feel like a total homer now.
