It depends on what show they would be in. If it was in the original ECW (before WWE owned it) Tazz probably would have won. If it was Raw or Smackdown in WWE, Brock would have won. Tazz was a top draw in ECW. Once he went to WWE, he wrestling carrer was basically over. he does play by play now. Which I like him at doing.

No, but you're likely to not get booked. They have a smart crowd and they're gonna know if you're working light, and they wont appreciate it. You want to get over you're gonna need to be able do it rough. It's the style there, it's what the people want and what the workers want to do.
