Firstly, show me the match where Cena uses a staple-gun against HHH's forehead. Secondly, these guys might use a wider variety of moves in a match than John Cena but probably not John Cena and his opponent.
There's no comparison here. We might as well set up a 'garbage wrestling' forum along side the wrestling and MMA forums because there's very little shared by the three, other than bare chests and physical contact.

Sorry, I'd rather see a Cena match than a match comprised of nothing but gore spots that have no real meaning to the match other than "this is a cool spot, we'll put it somewhere random in the match and get a pop".
Garbage wrestling is the lowest form of wrestling. And in an industry as dirty and low as the wrestling industry, that's pretty fucking terrible.

I love how Xero says there's no 'helping' him like there will be dire consequences for anyone who doesn't get Xero's approval as a wrestling fan.
There's a difference between hardcore and garbage as far as I'm concerned.
Garbage has no psychology and is nothing but random spots strung together. Hardcore wrestling takes the aspects of garbage but uses them to tell a story in the match and adds to everything, instead of being the sole provider of action.
Barring something like a New Jack match, watch some ECW. Yeah, there's weapons and ridiculous spots, but they actually mean something. That's what I'm talking about, not this bullshit.

No, by defintion, the WWE is wrestling. Just because it's a poorly executed and booked wrestling match doesn't mean it's not wrestling.
For example, your local sports team are playing particularly bad and losing games due to bad strategy, team management and squad selection, it doesn't mean they're not playing the sport, it just means they're bad at it.
These garbage wrestling guys are playing a completely different game. Bringing enough weapons to give a bloodthirsty 14 year old kid erections then substituting the rules of the game and tactics with their own means it's a different game altogether.

You know, John Zandig, Ian Rotten, and all the other promoters of Death matches are really sick bastards.
The Taipei Death Match was only done once in ECW, after the results of it, I think most know why.
ECW, while known for its brutality, also had damned good wrestlers like Raven, Terry Funk, Taz, Malenko, Eddie, some guy I made up, Jericho, etc.
I'm sorry, but most of these Deathmatch guys are gonna be, at best, fucked up beyond all repair by the time they're 30 (A line Flair said to Foley, but more apt in this case.)

But it's the likes of Zandig and Rotten who exploit the dumbshits who just want to get into the business that pisses me off.
These guys, instead of being taught the basics, are taught "Swinging Lighttubes 101." And the sad thing for them is, they'll be mangled by the time their 30, and no one will give a shit.
Necro is getting away from the death matches for one reasons: He's not that stupid. He realizes the lack of a future in it, and decided he wanted to work.
The ones that cannot work have no business being in the ring. The ones that can shouldn't be retarded enough to do this shit.

Someone is going to get shot.
I don't mean that Zandig is going to pull out a revolver and shoot Sexxxy Eddie or whoever in the head, but if the current trend is to use weedwhackers, syringes and (judging by the video on page 1) a DIY jigaw in "innovative' ways then I can't see the difference between that and one of these guys holding down their opponent and shooting them in their hand or foot. It's the natural progression and will end horribly; just like little kids who start playing rough games, end up in a fight and breaking their mum's vase.
An authority needs to step in and lay down regulations on what these guys can and can't do, not so to indulge their own sense of superiority but to ensure that these guys don't seriously maim each other and more importantly - the audience, as it's not CZW, or Zandig, or Douchebag with a syringe who will suffer, it will be Vince McMahon and the average wrestling fan. The media will jump on the serious injury of a athlete or patron at one of these backyard shows where amateurs are imitating their mainstream heroes and the heat will fall square on the lap of Vince.
Will Pepsi or Snickers want to sponsor a sport where people get shot for entertainment? No-one gets shot in football or basketball! You can say goodbye to your line of kids merchandise too Vince, because the PTC will lobby every authority in the country to ensure that Jimmy isn't wearing a HHH shirt. As for your television contracts?

I'm not saying they aren't trained, but to suggest that they are better trained than WWE talent is just ignorant. Just because Cena or Batista don't chain wrestle on tv doesn't mean they can't. The best example of this is Burchill. The guy is super-talented, is technical and can fly - but because he doesn't when he's on ECW people assume that he's hopeless.
Take a look at OVW if you need an example of how anyone who has been nurtured by the WWE is more than competent in their field. It's clearly obvious that these guys are good at what they do, it's one of the reasons they're at the top of the business and wrestling infront 5,000 people and not 50.
Yes, some of the guys go onto better things and can make a career out of it. But it's just logical to assume that they aren't as skilled as someone in the WWE who's life, and not just career, is about pro-wrestling.
its the same reason people like jackass, morbid fascination
The two aren't comparable. The only Jackass here is the one trying to draw the parallels.

the reason john cena and batista are main eventers in the wwe is because they have big muscles, a character and basic wrestling knowledge.
its the same reason why the great khali is in the wwe, he is only there because he is really tall and has basic wrestling knowledge

I cannot argue with you about Khali, and yes, Cena and Batista are at the top of the WWE because of their size and maybe even politics, but have you even watched Cena when he was 'the Prototype' in OVW? I think you should do some research of your own before you make such judgements.

I don't know - that's just the way it is. The WWE has always been more about the entertainment than the wrestling. Cena chain wrestling for twenty minutes with HHH isn't going to win over casual fans (that's what we have ROH for) but a bunch of spots, an Attitude Adjuster and yelling "You can't see me" to the crowd is.
I thought even you could see that.

I have a hard time listening to you bash any WWE talent, even Cena when you blindly defend spotfest wrestling. You obviously know little to nothing about what actual wrestling involves and what makes it entertaining. Shit like this is whats bad for the wrestling business, and personally I think the business would be better with out it at all and it's "wrestling" fans.
It's why CZW has been in business for almost 10 years and still is lucky to draw a crowd of 500 on a good night.
CZW and it's fans are a joke.

You can't call that shit wrestling. So, we should come up with an appropriate name for it. How about shitfest?
And, as far as CZW and Deathmatch guys only doing deathmatches? It depends on the person, if they have some talent, they might be able to put on a wrestling match, but, if they're like most of the CZW roster, they stick to shitfests.

What is also evident is how naive he is. I felt bad for him, because it appears that he sacraficed his well-being and health for no reason other than the approval of mindless fans and the idiots who operate CZW.

If CZW has guys that can actually wrestle, why don't they try to take steps in becoming more of a legitimate organization by eliminating things like guys jumping off of buildings through light tubes? That will only ever appeal to a niche audience. If they don't eliminate it entirely they could at least try to make themselves respectable by having actual matches, or making people understand that they do. You've said that they do have actual matches every now and again, but every time someone in CZW swings a light tube it only increases furthers their reputation as THAT organazation that nobody really takes seriously.
