As much as I dislike Miz, I gotta say a feud between he and Christian for the ECW strap could work.

Can't put him on SmackDOWN! so I guess it is ECW after all.

Pretty decent attempt at a cross body from Piven though.

Doesn't look like I'll be keeping the sports channels after this month then. Just order Royal Rumble and WrestleMania and keep up online.

I guess this is the RAW writters way of saying they have nothing for Miz.

Well, I must say, I'm disappointed. But I think, honestly, that I"m mostly disappointed that Dr. Ken was there. If it had just been Piven, it would have been better, in my opinion. But even then, it wasn't all the fault of the host(s): this Raw just felt really...slapped together.

Well, with Miz gone, there goes one of the major reasons to even bother watching RAW.
I really hope he doesn't go over to ECW, since I don't watch ECW and probably won't start.

Why the fuck couldn't they? He and Morrison both have beef with each other that all started before the brand split ... and yes, I realize Morrison may soon become a world champ, but still, Miz and Morrison have undeniable potential if they ever put Miz on SD! and decide to finish off the "feud" or whatever between him and Morrison.

Sweet, Piven was one of the boys and backed Orton. Bet we all thought Miz had that match in the bag, but alas, the Mohegan Sun came out and Cena's strength returned at the nick of time. Sooooooooooo, where does that leave The Miz?
Bigger question: If HBK isn't ready to come back, who is? They could make something interesting out of that.

A D-X reunion? Sgt. Slaughter hosting Raw? sounds like 1997 all over again

So for the first time since Raw actually came on the air and I was home, I actually didn't watch the show. The past few shows have just totally killed Raw for me as they seem to be putting over celebrities more then thier own superstars and it's ridiculous to me, especially when they are building to Summerslam.
I did actually flip over at around 11:05 last night just to maybe see if I was missing a good ending. and what do you know, another fun filled ending with the WWE giving major air time to celebrities. I see Jeremy Piven standing on the top rope like a moron and then that Asian actor attacking Cena. I understand that the fans at the show probably got a kick out of it, but it's just pointless and does nothing for Summerslam. The whole thing screams WCW 2000 to me.

Oh well at least HHH admitted how one of his friends doesn't do jobs (and we all know which one he is talking about)

lol did Jericho actually ask Lawler how many championships he had? Did he ever see any Memphis or Smoky Mountain stuff?! He won the title every other month!
I think he holds the record for the most championships won in America (possibly even the world). I think it was something like 158?

Why couldn't WWE have somebody from Canada host next week's Raw? Is Slaughter going to be heel? Would have loved for Lance Storm to have been the guest host. Just think of how good a promo would have been between him and Jericho, them talking about their past and Jericho expecting favours but not getting any.

Last nights Raw had to be one of the worst in a long time.
I can't believe I rushed home from an awesome night out to watch it. I was really disappointed.
Though I did miss the first hour of it and then I accidently fell asleep after the Triple H/Legacy Match, mostly due to me being a bit drunk and tired. So I watched Raw this morning on YouTube.
Dr Ken (whoever the hell he is) was really irritating and I hated every second he was on screen, especially the beginning of Raw.
Though I am thankfull that next week we have Sgt. Slaughter. Someone who actually KNOWS the product and won't be blatantly advertising anything. (Another thing I hated about last nights Raw)
Still not really looking forward to SummerFest though.

I thought as soon as Dr Ken turned heel, he became a seriously obnoxious detestable presence... that isn't neccessarily a bad thing. That guy could easily be a heel manager.
