Right someone who goes on xbox forums or something can probably help me here

The new dashboard update won't download for me, keeps telling me it can't connect even though when I run the system checks its got no problem connecting up but then immediatly prompts me to update and fails.

Someone on another forum said that some people are having tihs problem and I've no clue what to be doing. I miss Live :(

You should probably ask the Xbox forums, since they have technical staff who reply there.

Or just call Microsoft.

emailed support waiting on an answer, can't be arsed with ringing them since its a call to america to no doubt be put through to a call centre in India.
