Right someone who goes on xbox forums or something can probably help me here

The new dashboard update won't download for me, keeps telling me it can't connect even though when I run the system checks its got no problem connecting up but then immediatly prompts me to update and fails.

Someone on another forum said that some people are having tihs problem and I've no clue what to be doing. I miss Live
