I'm hoping the ring breaking is a little dynamic. It might get a bit samey if everything reacts exactly the same every single time.
If the ref falls with the same animation, the ropes fall with the same animation etc. What happens if you have weapons in the ring? Will they slide around, bounce and react to some kind of physics system or stay where they are? Maybe they'll vanish during the animation.

Other things I just read:

• It has an automatic instant replay thing, "No Mercy style" as in multiple from different angles straight after the moment. Better be able to turn that off.
• Don't fight in the crowd after a barrier break. it's just a move
• Catching finishers can catch opponents jumping off turnbuckle or springboard. Codebreaker, chokeslam, GTS, WSS all confirmed so far.
• Ring breaking is superheavys only :'( Guy who initiated it wins the match , which is dumb
• Otherr "OMG" moments include a superplex to the outside of the ring and announce table finishers

<font color=goldenrod>Supposedly Mike Tyson is filming promotional material for WWE '13 now. Pretty much makes me think that first leaked roster is legit as Tyson was the most "out there" name on it. Also it's worth noting that in the past, Ledesma has always been quick to shoot down fake leaked rosters or mention that they're incorrect. But for this one he just said "we can't comment".

So yeah...the "largest playable roster to date" is mostly a bunch of glorified alternate attires. Color me unimpressed.</font>

<font color=goldenrod>Still not as bad as the stunt they pulled one year (I wanna say it was SVR 08) where they hyped 75 characters being in the game - clearly giving everybody the impression it'd be 75 playable guys. Then the roster reveal comes along and it turns out they were counting announcers, refs, GMs, AND alternate attires. :o The actually playable roster was one of the worst and smallest in the game's history. Pretty sure it's the only SD game I never played outside of the demo.</font>

Theres nobody on the roster list that makes you go 'fuck yeah', think the NAO are the only ones who havent featured in a while.

I'll still buy it regardless and then bitch about it but no idea why with all the talent under Legend deals they can't expand the roster a bit more, throw in a WCW/ECW DLC pack or something, not like it'd break the bank to add Axl Rotten or El Dandy etc.

Yeah SvR 08 had a rather small & weak roster, and it was missing a lot of people who could've been on the playable roster like Miz, Duece & Domino, London & Kendrick, Matt Striker & Kevin Thorn

I loved the physics system in SVR 2011, so I hope they bring it back.

I'm just glad I've not bought the last few.

I'm sad that a Video Game with a fantastic star on it is going to be fucking terrible.

1. Road Dogg announced on Twitter that he did some voice work for the game with Monty Sapp (Billy Gunn) on Twitter.
3. A game model has been prepared for X-Pac and if he signs he will be part of the release day DLC.
4. The release day DLC has not been set yet but a “sexual chocolate” Mark Henry was on an early list of possibilities.
5. The release day DLC is expected to be 3 game characters and 3 alternate attires from the attitude era.
6. John Laurinaitis is rumored as well and I have heard they are going to see if they can get his “people power” attire from OTL in the game.
7. The model is done so it would just be a new attire added which isnt that hard to do as compared to making a new model.
8. Attitude DX HHH and attitude DX HBK are also planned DLC.
9. John Cena has his new green attire and his Rise Above Hate attires in the game.CM Punk has his MITB attire and also his alt. attire is his entrance attire.
10. Lord Tensai will be on the default roster while Ryback was one of the crowd chants that was recorded. No word on if he is DLC or not.
11. Shane McMahon was planned for the game at one point, but no word on what happened with that.
12. DDP may be a legend in the current WWE game according to ESPN.
13. Steve Blackman and Ken Shamrock maybe legends according to Fight Night magazine.

16. No sign of APA thus far in testing, meetings, recordings, etc. Marlena, Ms. Kitty, and Debra were all contacted by THQ, but agreements with the three could not be reached so online rumors that they are dlc are false.

I remember being pissed when SVR use to do it. They did it with Hogan in 06..80's Hogan, Hulk Hogan and Hollywood..and did it the next year again with Foley.

The 3 Foley characters had slightly different movesets and characteristics when he played each of them on TV. It would be weird seeing Dude Love come out to Mankinds theme and hitting everyone with Mr Socko and the Mandible Claw.

As long as they are actually seperate character as opposed to 3 alt. attires then fine, still would have preferred him as DLC though.

The sad part is that's only one small part of what made SvR ’08 such a massive pile of shit. There were also control issues, “24/7 Mode” (that year’s story mode) was broken beyond redemption and had some of the most awful storylines in years (Yay, I'm forced into a stupid feud against the entire McMahon family just so I have to go to WM and whoop Vince's ass!), and the fucking Hall of Fame checklist thing (You had to complete like 8 scenarios out of like a dozen or so to "become a member of the Hall of Fame", which actually wouldn't have been such a horrendous idea if it had been more like the similar mode in WWE All-Stars where you choose a historic match and who to play as), WTF was that?! Easily, barring, WWF SmackDown!: Just Bring It, the worst of the SD!/SvR series to-date.
