It's very possible we have all ready seen the best of Bynum.

before going down, he avg 20-10- and 2 blocks. If thats the top of the ceiling, thats still plenty to get us passed anyone.

Yes I know, but I'm saying he could never be that good again. He could easily go back to being what he was before.

I'm not saying that's gonna def happen, but I don't know if I would get my hopes up about him.

James Steele 06-17-2008 11:53 PM

I wonder how much blood got on the court from the Laker's assholes...

James Steele 06-17-2008 11:55 PM

thats funny....im sure you were talking just as much shit last year when they won 24 games huh. Or maybe when the Wolves and Celts GM sucked each other off like they were back when they played together in Boston to miraculously get Garnett to Boston.

Seriously though, congrats....it feels good to see the home grown talent win....i mean, Pierce has been there through hell....and......wait, thats the only player thats been there for the entire career.

You guys literally gutted your entire fucking team to get this championship, dont get all slap happy like the Miami Heat fans did a couple years back...

and more importantly, dont whimper when your team sucks one season then swing your baby dick out proudly when they finally win one.

McLegend 06-18-2008 12:03 AM

Jamesteele is more of lakers hater then a Celtics fan.

He's a Spurs fan.

Anywho, as a "Laker cocksucker" I have to say that although I'm not proud of how we fell part in game 6, overall I'm proud of the strides this team made.

same, its defenetly a work in progress. Congrats to KG and the celtics tho.

Juan 06-18-2008 12:04 AM

Thank You. :y:

oh, well in that case it makes him look even more retarded, since we ousted his team a month ago.

IC Champion 06-18-2008 12:05 AM

Kinda happy for KG.

SammyG 06-18-2008 12:05 AM

Didn't watch any of the 2nd half really, not watching this championship presentation even. Saved by the bell was on, and now im watching Fresh Prince. It's ok.. Next year.

KingofOldSchool 06-18-2008 12:05 AM

I'm happy for all of the Big 3, that's why I'm glad they won.

McLegend 06-18-2008 12:06 AM

Also This Celtics team is clearly a much better team then that Heat were.

They won't collaspe. Probably even younger then that team too.

I love players who aren't prettyboy shitheads and just play ball with all of their hearts. KG, Pierce fit that definition to a tee.

I am not a Celtics fan. I just hate the Lakers and Kobe Bryant more than I hate the Celtics. It is the same reason I cheered for the Giants in SuperBowl XLII. I hate the Giants, but I loate the patriots.

I live in Texas, I have to love the Spurs, Cowboys, and FC Dallas. (Ironically, I hate UT and am an avid OU fan).

Juan 06-18-2008 12:12 AM

I think we definitely need to ship Vladimir's ass out of LA during the summer.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 06-18-2008 12:12 AM

lol KG talking straight up nonsense after the game. Whatever though, dude came to play in the biggest game of the year. The only thing I could understand from his post game interview was the truest thing, "WHAT CAN THEY SAY NOW?"

Can't believe it just ended like this........Completely ridiculous, wonder what Boston is like right now. I stayed away 'cuz I had a feeling Celts where gonna come out with a W.

Unbelievable................#17 motherfuckers. Greatest NBA franchise by far

HeartBreakMan2k 06-18-2008 12:13 AM

I'm incredibly happy for Ray Allen. I like all of the big 3 but I've been a Ray Allen fans since Seatle. Congrats to him most of all.

Like I said earlier in the thread, I'm not necc a fan of either team. I was backing the Lakers more in the series but regardless, huge props to Boston, especially The Big 3 and Doc.

Juan 06-18-2008 12:25 AM

I feel like I just got dumped or stood up at the big dance. :(

Also, Jeri, don't worry bout the bet. Change your title to Boston shit or whatever. They were the better team, and deserved to win. Congratulations.

I was gonna do it out of respect to the bet. You sure?
To let you know, I was gonna change my avatar to "Lost to the Celts"

Jeritron 06-18-2008 12:40 AM

I really will make good with my end of the bet tho if you'd like

I'M SO FUCKIN PUMPED

Jesus Shuttlesworth 06-18-2008 01:30 AM

I really still can't believe the Celtics just blew out the Lakers...wow what a crazy fucking NBA playoffs, going to Game 7 with the Hawks and not winning on the road until the Eastern Conference Finals then the NBA Finals.

LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

I am glad the Celtics won.

BTW WHAT A SHITTY FINALS

lol @ David Stern any anyone else thinking the Finals would be awesome because of who the teams were

SammyG 06-18-2008 02:28 AM

uh, the finals WERE pretty good. Huge laker comeback falls short in game 2, celts have an amazing comeback game 4.

Ninti the Mad 06-18-2008 03:08 AM

No. It was almost as bad as last years.

Last good finals I saw was Spurs vs Pistons.

God I am really even more glad the Patriots didn't win now. Fucking Boston.

Good job though.

There is also talk that of retiring Danny Ainge's #, combining his player days with his GM days.

Ray Allen is DA MAN!

Kris P Lettus 06-18-2008 10:33 AM

Back to back only if y'all don't face the Hornets in the finals..

with Bynam coming back, I can't see the Lakers not being favored in the west.

SPOILER: show
This is the only way the Jazz win an NBA championship.

VonErichLives 06-18-2008 08:13 PM

turns out Ray Allen's kid was in a diabetic coma... wow, even more reason to say wow... he still played like that with that on his mind.

RP 06-20-2008 11:54 AM

Why would you go play basketball if your kid is in a diabetic coma? Thats pretty sad tbh.

Jeritron 06-20-2008 01:00 PM

His kid was fine

Jeritron 06-20-2008 01:00 PM

as of the day of the game. It was an overnight thing the night before, but by that morning all was fine
