The Battle of The Monotonous
Ok broskis. We got Lord Tensai, Brodus Clay, and RyBack. All big men (no homo) and all pretty much dominating every wrestler that they face. No question that every week we watch them, we already know it's either going to be a victory or a squash. So whose tolerable? Who has potential? And who just absolutely sucks?

I am sad that Miz lost to Brotus. I mean at this point I don't see Brotus losing a singles match to anyone but maybe Ryback months away.. I liked him at first but he is already worn away on me.

I like all 3, apart from Alberts gimmick. I could probably deal with it if he walked to the ring quicker or had better music, but it's a bit shit as it is.

The only one of the three who hasn't changed up the routine yet is Ryback. Brodus has been working actual matches with Ziggler. Tensai has wrestled Cena and Punk for crying out loud.

Tensai is the only one who isn't using a complete rehash of someone elses gimmick as far as I know. He is the least monotonous of the 3 in my opinion.

I demand more Benny Hill style chases. Wrestling matches keep seeming to happen on my wrestling shows and I'm a little bored of them.

Personally? I'd like to see Brodus move into an actual angle/storyline/fued. Not because he's my favourite but because he was first on the scene.
I've no issue with the concept of the "squash match" per se, but when 3 guys are doing it at the same time with minor tweaks and seemingly little progress, it gets a little boring. |

silly Kapoutman, it's never too soon. If something doesn't go how you want or think it should go within 5 minutes of the debut, it's silly/shit/boring/lame and could never possibly go anywhere ever. Imagine if Christian had turned heel on Orton the second he dropped the belt last year or if they'd just had Punk say he was leaving, tell Vince to do one, won the title and then "leave WWE forever" all on one RAW. Would have been much better. Fuckkkk letting things get over with that sizable part of the audience that makes up "the casual fan" as well as those who watch every single minute of WWE TV and post about things on the internet, they're just lazy bastards for not keeping up.

Actually have a Samsung Galaxy Apollo 3 as my "backup phone".

Everytime I see Clay I think how unnatural his gimmick looks on him. He's doing the best he can with it though, respect. |

I honestly like Tensai's deal right now, but I voted Ryback because in all honesty he's got the most actual potential of the three. Brodus was funny at first, but it's run it's course, and he won't go anywhere but mid-card from here with it. Tensai is kinda neat, but I don't see it lasting or going anywhere. Ryback on the other hand seems like with a bit of tweaking he could be a main eventer.

Went with Brodus out of the three since his squash matches have been more entertaining and the crowd seems to enjoy them more than Tensai's or Ryback's. He's already doing pretty well now that he's expanding into tag and longer matches.
Ryback has the biggest potential but also the biggest risk of fizzling out like almost every other big man once the initial push ends and they need to wrestle an actual match. Tensai does have the better experience than both guys but the gimmick might end up holding him back in the long run. |
