I have heard this mentioned a few times in a few posts but not entirely sure what kind of heat this is. Can anybody explain it to me. Rep will be given.

Its the "go away and never come back, we really don't like you" heat. As opposed to the "we boo you because you are the heel and doing a good job at getting us to hate you" heat.

Not sure why Sean got so much heat, he was a solid worker from all the matches i have seen him in. Much worse wrestlers out there...

Basically, the fans got sick of his act and no matter what they tried to do with him, the fans shit on him.

The put him in a good fued with Jericho and the fans wouldnt get into anything he did. The would constantly cant that he sucks. Not the Kurt Angle, 'you suck', not really, we know your the shit. But, the fuck off 'you suck.'

Really it ruined his WWE career because this became the only reaction he could get and was let go.

X-Pac was a good worker for a time. Over time he got a bit more lazy in the ring, etc. - but that can be said for most all wrestlers.
