I have heard this mentioned a few times in a few posts but not entirely sure what kind of heat this is. Can anybody explain it to me. Rep will be given.

"X-Pac Heat" is kinda like "AIDS Heat". The only ppl that cheer for AIDS are the ppl that thing it's a God-given blight to kill off gays or Africans or poor people.
