if you were a wrestler...

which company would you work for ?

a) TNA (present day)
b) WCW (2000) bear in mind that you dont know that WCW will be history in a years time.

Xero 05-27-2011 02:01 PM

OCW

XCaliber 05-27-2011 02:04 PM

WCW for sure and i'd rather be making dough as a jobber there than a main eventer in TNA anyday.

ThePhantom 05-27-2011 02:06 PM

Aren't they the same???

Lock Jaw 05-27-2011 02:10 PM

WCW for sure. It would pretty much guarantee me a job with TNA anyways years down the line.

DLVH84 05-27-2011 02:16 PM

WCW, and I would not transfer my contract to Vince.

BigDaddyCool 05-27-2011 02:31 PM

Quit

Supreme Olajuwon 05-27-2011 02:33 PM

I'd work for any company in 2000 over working for one now. It'd be nice to wrestle in front of fans who enjoyed watching the show and weren't entitled pieces of shit.

VSG 05-27-2011 02:48 PM

OCW

Cool King 05-27-2011 03:14 PM

Wrestlicious....

Razzamajazz 05-27-2011 03:20 PM

whichever one paid me more and gave me the best contract

The MAC 05-27-2011 03:22 PM

yes people say that but then when they not getting other sorts of stimulation they bitch and moan

Waylander 05-27-2011 03:25 PM

Dubya-See-Dubya everytime. I never watched it, I never particularly liked it, but anything's better than TNA, right?

What Would Kevin Do? 05-27-2011 03:29 PM

Depends. If I went to WCW, am I just starting off? Am I a known midcarder, main eventer, etc?

The MAC 05-27-2011 03:49 PM

even if you were a main eventer from another company it wont mean shit in wcw

Jordan 05-27-2011 04:06 PM

WCW, because most of those guys ended up in TNA anyway so I'd have a head start and I would know Borash, Jarrett, and Russo.

Doesn't matter, you're still probably on about 600k a year downside ;)

RiX1024 05-27-2011 04:59 PM

WCW.....a guaranteed contract...even if i do fck all.

Ultra Mantis 05-27-2011 05:57 PM

WCW and I would be David Arquette.

Fignuts 05-27-2011 05:58 PM

I don't fucking know. Jesus.

ZoSo006 05-29-2011 02:14 AM

Shit I don't think I could bear being in either company, might as well be a nobody in ROH

Wolfpack423 05-29-2011 05:53 AM

Personally, I'd choose the current TNA product. I know it may not be the best time in TNA history but currently I am liking their product better than most things in WWE. There are alot of things I do like about WWE but I am enjoying TNA for the most part: Angle-Jarrett, the Knockouts division, Fortune, The Network vs. Immortal, Kendrick as the voice of the X-Division are just a few things I'm liking. I've been liking TNA better the last month or so, though I felt Extreme Rules was the best PPV this year thus far. I'd probably be more financially secure in WCW circa 2000 or WWE, but I feel the TNA roster just enjoys what they do. They have fun with the product. WWE does as well and there's many passionate individuals, but there seems to be more freedom in TNA.

This is the most logical answer.

Autobahn 05-29-2011 08:08 AM

WCW, just so I could be around Alex Wright.

You fuckers make me sick. Not only would you get on your knees and suck a cock to be in any one of the companies, you must act like sheep and say shit like this. Grow a pair you cunts.

CSL 05-29-2011 11:35 AM

SaskatchewanChamp will not stand for the besmirching of TNA or WCW circa 2000.

wow someone takes things just a bit too serious

The Naitch 05-29-2011 03:16 PM

TNA, because I'd relocate to Florida and travelling on the road wouldn't be a major issue

DLVH84 05-29-2011 06:31 PM

And after WCW gets bought out by WWF, I would not transfer my contract to Vince. I'd let it run out, before making my next move, since at that time, there were no alternatives.

CSL 05-29-2011 06:47 PM

Because naturally you would have Steiner/Goldberg/Nash status as opposed to being one of the many contracts that came over as part of the actual sale.

XL 05-30-2011 12:25 AM

I'll take WCW. When it folds a year when down the line I'd likely be picked up by WWF/E where I would at least get a slight chance to shine and earn myself a push leading to longterm employment.

If I were to be let go by WWE at any point there after I culd just walk into to TNA anyways.

Lock Jaw 05-30-2011 12:30 AM

I like how a lot of people are referencing getting picked up by the WWE in a year as a part of the choice to go WCW, when it was clearly stated that you don't know that it is going to be closing in a year.
