Has the Ultimate Warrior even lost cleanly?
 

I can't recall him ever losing without outside interference or dq? He lost to Rude for the IC title due to Heenan interference, to Slaughter due to Savage outside intereference and to Hogan in WCW due to Horace Hogan interference.
