Ok guys, please don't hate, i may be a "newbie" to you but im a long time visitor, just wanted to share my voice with you all.

I was wondering as everybody seems to have an opinion on what the WWE/TNA are doing wrong, imagine the situation where money was no option, if you were handed the reigns of a new upcoming wrestling organisation, not which wrestlers you would hire but what do each of you believe would be the right way to go forward this day in age, what would you feel you would need to bring to the industry to compete and what would be the correct desicions from a business point of view?

I would do the following...

1. Have a mix of old and new talents (older talent must be willing to help newer talent).
2. Develop a talent exchange with numerous promotions around the world.
3. Have a drug policy, where only medically prescribed medication is legal within reason.

Apparently money is no issue, so I'm just assuming I have something like Turner's wallet.

Make a lesbian tag team for one...what?

I would do the opposite TNA is doing and be successful.
