Since when did they officially and how did they officially start referring to the F-U as the AA?

As far as the when goes, I think it was late 2008.

I think Michael Cole may have acted as if Cena had never done the move before. Like "He calls that move the Attitude Adjustment!"

And then that was it.

Attitude Adjustment sucks as a name because it used to be a catch phrase for batista.

AA sucks as a move because it sounds stupid to say 'attitude adjustment'. And 'AA' just doesn't work as well as 'FU'.
