What happened? McIntyre was being built up pretty well, - Every time he'd lose a match, Vince would find an out for him to erase it. I would say It had me interested, even. Now, he's losing matches & taking it like every other scrub on the roster. Did Vinnie Mac simply stop caring & wander away when Drew wasn't looking?

Did Drew becoming Just Another Guy have anything to do with Tiffany losing it on him in that hotel room a couple months back?

The storyline excuse was that Nexus beat Vince into a "coma" so Drew was no longer untouchable. Without Vince to bail him out Teddy Long and Kofi won the feud, so he started trying to injure Christian and Matt Hardy until Del Rio came in and assumed that role.

His push pretty much went to much more interesting guys.

Basically McIntyre isn't that good.

Ah, OK, so pretty much it was a mix of bad luck & being in the right place at the wrong time. Will be interesting to see where they go if McIntyre ever starts a program with Sheamus, given their history.

He got his ass beat publicly by Tiffany.

Then Wade Barrett happened.

Let this be a lesson to all of us. Steer clear of your woman if she's drugged up & on the rag.
