firmware/router problems
 
i installed the latest compatable version of firmware for my router. the second the download took, my router stopped providing internet to my two computers and playstation. now all my internet lights are on on the router, but my power light keeps blinking, and internet doesnt work on any computer, unless plugged straight into the modem. is there a way i can go un install the firmware update? i tried to get back into the router, but it wont let me.

You try a hard reset of the router?

On the back of probably of every router is a button that you can hold for 10-30 seconds to reset the router to factory conditions.

However, if you hold it for longer that 30 seconds, it erases all firmware and factory conditions.

tried everything, just bought a new one, and knocking on wood, but working better then ever
