I never really understood that whole aspect of it. How the hell was Nexus going to take over the WWE when everything they did was dictated by the Raw GM. At least with DX and the NWO they violated authority or had the guy in power on their side, Nexus kind of just did whatever the Raw GM said. I speak of them in past tense because any credibility they had as a stable has pretty much died.
