Here's a match review for TPWW's own Guy Desmarais (AKA Kapoutman on these very forums) in this week's Creative Control column. It's a match between the WWE's current top 2 cruiserweights (even if the WWE doesn't realize it). The Super J Crown match at WCW's World War 3 between Rey Mysterio (Jr.) and Ultimo Dragon.

It's a great review of a great match, and I think those of you who have only seen WWE Ultimo (and even WWE Mysterio) are being severely deprived. This match and many other fantastic WCW cruiserweight matches are out there on Soulseek and Kazaa.

Once again, much praise to Kapoutman and I'd rep him if I couuld right now.

I just saw one of the Lyger Vs Ultimo matches for the first time.... Damn that was a badass match.

I found myself a pretty kickass puro match between Ultimo and a young Chris Jericho. Shweet stuff. Not as good as Dragon/Mysterio or Lyger, but a lot of fun.

On a side note, I think it's freaky that Japanese fans are almost completely silent for an Asai Moonsault, but go apeshit over a step-over toe hold.
