So I've started watching a little bit of wrestling again and from what I can gather he's kinda playing in the main event scene? When did this happen, and is he really that good?

He's in a feud with Rey Mysterio but hasn't even been on tv in like 3 weeks. I heard he might be gearing towards a WrestleMania match with Rey.

I, unlike many others, am not a big fan of the "Dashing" character. I enjoyed Cody Rhodes a lot more when he was just a guy on his own with a wrestling lineage making it on his own. But the character has no doubt gotten Cody heat, and I really do enjoy the route Cody is taking with it at the moment. His bit with Todd Grisham on SmackDown! this week was actually really cool, with Cody in darkness, making himself sound like a good man wronged.

Rey doesn't have too many WrestleMania appearances in him, and the rumour is that Rey handpicked Rhodes as his opponent. While I have a feeling Rey will be going over at WrestleMania, I do think that 2011 will see the best work Rhodes has done in his WWE stint.

Yeah, he is fueding with Rey and should get a match at Mania. Some of the guys here love the gimmick, I don't get it myself though. Still, if Rey has handpicked him like Noid suggested he must be doing ok.

Lol just seen Rhodes's segment on Smackdown, wa sliterally wondering who the fuck it was until Cole said cause of the protective mask.

He's not as dashing as me, but bless his little heart for trying.

In conclusion, Cody Rhodes is fucking awesome. He is slowly climbing toward (as close as a mere mortal can get anyway) to Triple H levels of supreme awesomeness.

I really thought Ted would be the breakout star of Legacy, but Cody has taken this opportunity and ran with it.

Part of me hopes that Cody Rhodes actually returns with a Phantom of the Opera-style mask, attacking Rey Mysterio on SmackDown! next week. Mask vs. Mask at WrestleMania?

Loved his promo from Smackdown. Hopefully he'll come back with a bang and get a nice push.

I personally love the direction they're going with Cody Rhodes at the moment. I was a bit skeptical of the gimmick at first, but they haven't shoved him down our throats yet, and they allow him to have matches, which is a huge plus on SmackDown!.

I think the difference between he and Ted right now is Cody has been given a legitimate opportunity at developing a character and gimmick and given the chance to run with it. He's getting a little bit of mystery hype with his recent promo, and the seeds are there for a Mania match with Mysterio, which, given time, can be good.

Ted, on the other hand, has been without direction since Legacy's breakup.

They should run an angle where Ted goes broke or something.

The segment from this past Smackdown was pretty good, but the one where he had his back turned to the camera the entire time was even better. I was already becoming a big Cody Rhodes fan, but since he started this brooding business, he has become a must-see talent for me. He's tearing it up.

I hate to say it but he looks really skinny in comparison to other wrestlers. I dont think I'd buy him beating true main eventers like Cena, Taker etc.

yeah i think he is giving a nod to his old friends dusty and goldust and giving cody a rub, so he may let cody win.
