you know what i hate?
terrible signature move names. the puns are the worst. zig zag, cross rhodes, world's strongest slam, etc. cole coughs them up every time they happen, and it feels like he puked directly into my ear and it came out my nose.
which move names would you fix, and what would you change them to? |
Alot of them are clever, but some are just terrible.

The only finisher name I don't really like is the 'Attitude Adjustment'. It's too much of a mouthful to say. Was so much easier just saying 'FU'.

Coz of stupid PG FU ain't allowed. Boooo. I like the pun names to finishers but I like original names to it e.g LeBell Lock (not the Bryan Lock) correct me if I'm wrong.

Wouldn't 'Pedigree' fall into this category as it was based on his 'blue blood' gimmick? Because Pedigree is a pretty great name. I think the problem is that some of these names sound like they were written by 6 year olds.

i don't like "gts" either. "go to sleep"? i do that every day. it couldn't be less exciting. and it starts with a verb. don't cross me, i'll hit you with the "eat breakfast". piss me off, and i might break out the "drive to work." and if you really get out of hand, i'll nail you with the "take a shit."

Personally, I think "Starship Pain" is by far the worst one of them all.
It sounds corny and it has no relevance to Morrison at all. Why "Starship"? There's nothing "Sci-Fi" about Morrison at all, and with Morrison only managing to hit about 40% of the move on his opponent most of the time, you can clearly see that there is no "Pain" inflicted on to his opponents. :-\ |
Starship Pain is a stupid move overall that makes no sense, so it stands to reason that it has a stupid name that makes no sense, especially when you consider his gimmick makes no sense.
So in a way, it fits perfectly. |
