I can't remember if it was Russo or Bischoff (it sounds like Bischoff) that said "When Hall was good there was nobody better" and it is true. He's had his problems that held him back but he still was amazing when he had his shit together.


I remember I use to love it at the end of his WCW run when he would act like he was going to say something, then stop and let the crowd pop. He'd raise the mic to his face, then drop it and clear his throat. He raise it up and eventually say "Hey Yo" and the crowd would still erupt
