I'm pretty sure wwe is planning on releasing Brodus Clay soon, there's no way they would hold off his debut for so long deliberately.

Cody and Ziggler for me will have a HUGE 2012 year! Cody's performance at WM against Rey was what made me a believer and his shit with Orton was legit! Ziggler's workrate is just amazing and is a bumping machine. I also think that somehow Daniel Bryan will evolve and become a interesting character (SNAP AND DESTROY).

Obvious joke is obvious:

Might not be as obvious as you think. I mean, if this thread existed last year (which it may have), the joke would have been that you'd never hear the phrase "...and NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan!!!"

Point is, the gears may have been turning to induct the guy, and with him now catching a permanant case of dead, the sympathy vote factors in.

An end to fucking up good storylines. Unpredictability is cool and all, but randomly giving a good and suspenseful angle a sudden climactic twist that leads to a pointlessly lame resolution of more of the same... it's almost making me wanna skip the show and just nap through it before I go to work.

But back on subject, break out stars of 2012- I want to say Cody and Dolph, but they've already begun their journey to greatness. Cody took a broken nose and revitalized himself. Dolph just kept on pushing and pushing to the point where people have to take notice of how great he is. Same goes for Ryder. I mean, come on, The Rock was cutting a promo and the fans chanted "We Want Ryder!" Have TNA fans chanted that yet?
So for breakout stars, I'm going with Drew, Mason, and The Big O (debuting on Ryder's coat tails after creative says they have nothing for him as a face when his merch sales drop, turns Ryder heel, and gives The Big O a job as a bodyguard).
