Is this guy intended to be an jerk off? First, when speaking with Big Show; then speaking with John Cena-is WWE planning to utilize him in any way? Thoughts?

I don't see how Matthews is being a "jerk-off" in any way. The closest he's been to it is when he's the main announcer on NXT. But that's about it
