What are some of the longest face/heel runs you know of?

Hogan was a face from January 1984 (or earlier) to July 1996.

Rey Mysterio has been a face since the year 2000 or so. I believe he had a short heel run in WCW around then.

John Cena has been a face since around October/November 2003.

Undertaker has been a face since the summer of 2002.

Was Ricky Steamboat ever a heel?

I can't think of any heel runs right now that were very long.

The Miz has been a heel since his debut on Tough Enough, but if not, since atleast 2005-2006

ziggler has been a heel for awhile now..whenever spirit squad was around (07?) till present day..thats 5 years or so atleast

Ric Flair was heel forever.

Wasn't he a heel for a month or two when ECW started up again in 2006? Like right after the One Night Stand PPV where beat Cena for the WWE Title, and then he was handed the ECW title by Heyman. I can't remember.

Bruno Sammartino was always a face. I heard on a interview with the local news that he always wanted to be a positive role model for kids, so I don't think he was ever a heel.

Cena turned face in the lead up to Survivor Series 2003. So about 8 years and 3 months or so.

This gotta be Steamboat. He was never a Heel. He was the perfect Babyface.

Rocky Johnson never worked as heel steamboat broke in as heel.

Not quite, he theoretically turned heel when Alberto Del Rio debuted to put him over. Didn't seem to have the impact that it should have because, as you said, he was always a face. It became less a chorus of boos and more a moment of "...wait, what???"

As well as a brief stint in IWCCW, where he supposed to feud with Honky Tonk Man.

Bret Hart was a face from 1988 to 1997.

Lance Storm was never a babyface IIRC, heel as Impact Players in ECW and with Team Canada/Unamericans in WCW & WWE

Sure he was face feuding with the triple threat at one point in ECW

Checked wikipedia,not sure if he was a face against Candido but he teamed with Golust and Val Venus as a face after the unamericans

Hacksaw was face forever on WWE. Tuned heel in WCW very briefly I think.

Right, but he turned face at Wrestlemania IV after he had a tossle with Bad News Brown, and became a face until his heel run in 97' after Wrestlemania 13.
