Honestly..
Honestly what is the biggest moment in all of wrestling?
Wrestlemania?
Probably Hogan slamming Andre
Personal choice: Foley winning his first world title
"TYSON AND AUSTIN! TYSON AND AUSTIN!! TYSON AND AUSTIN!!!"
Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit celebrating with their world championships at the end of Wrestlemania XX.
Depends on whether you mean for the individual person or for the business as a whole. If it's the latter then most likely Hogan slamming Andre as Supreme said.
Wishbone is right you guys
I believe its the monday night wars

Why are the police officers hired by wrestling companies always the absolute worst at doing their jobs

Hogan joining the NWO was a big deal and so was Austin stunning McMahon but I don't think they're THE greatest moments.

Hey DLVH just a quick question. Are you really such a pro-wrestling 'hipster' or are you just trolling us?
Tony Schiavone's sign off at the end of the Bash at the Beach is so wonderful
Benoit Double Murder-Suicide
eh I've seen bigger
if that was on PPV I might agree
"GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY! GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY! THAT KILLED HIM! AS GOD AS MY WITNESS HE IS BROKEN IN HALF!"

I'm not sure that counts as a great moment dude,in fact most accounts of the event seem to be in the terrible idea badly executed and best forgotten. |
The PPV where Vader tripped coming out of the ring.
Pretty sure that was on Raw.
Anyways, I couldn't possibly answer this thread because I don't think I could do it honestly. |
probably Hogan Slamming Andre.....
WrestleMania being a success. If it had flopped, everything would be very different now. It birthed the modern era of wrestling.

I like how this video includes an entrance, is the entire match, has the aftermath and is only 10 seconds longer than that clip from a match. Best moment ever. |
Austin bringing down a beer truck, and soaking the Corporation.
Mike Adamle as GM.
Wrestlemania 17 or Goldberg beating Hogan
Braden Walker's ECW debut.

and not an exact "moment" but WrestleMania 1 being a success probably shaped professional wrestling as it is today more than anything else
ELIZABETH!!!.....will you marry me?
OHHHHHHHHHH YEAH! :( |
When Vince McMahon Jr bought the company from his dad. That sets in motion everything you guys have said.
WrestleMania I being a success and Hogan slamming Andre are two that come to mind, historically, but not ones I was around for.
The moment I heard about being a non-wrestling fan was Stone Cold Steve Austin winning his first WWE Title from Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XIV. It's hard to imagine that it was almost two years after his initial King of the Ring victory that really set the wheels in motion for Austin's rise to the top. Their fandom was no doubt affected by the Austin/Tyson stuff, which has already been mentioned. Definitely deserves a place in the "Greatest Moment Hall of Fame" so to speak. |
