Despite someone said to me the movie isn't showing yet till next month, might as well play this... Crysis 2/Battlefield 3 gameplay? I want this.

The game based on the movie based on the game.

What's funny, is I would have liked to see an HD online-enabled version of Battleship as it were.

What's funny is that they took a board game franchise, made a ridiculous movie out of it, and the best thing they could think to do with it was make a First Person Shooter.

Is it wrong for me to call this a Halo rip-off? Or is that being generous?

I have this thing where if a game misses an obvious expectation of mine and I deem it Fail.

Just Cause, nice sandbox and interesting mechanics. Oh hey, a sequel? Great time to have at least some form of co-op. Perfect fit. Just Cause 2, single player only. Fail.

Iron Man 2, hey War Machine is in IM2. Nice time for co-op or at least a horde mode deal. Iron Man 2, no Tony/Rhody co-op of any kind. Fail.

Here's Battleship, where it seems you will not actually command any battleships. For now; Fail.

Pretty good method, honestly.

I'm always pretty pissed by lack of split-screen co-op in games where it makes sense.
