Finish Him (schizophrenic Ryback Thread)
 

Anyone else think that Ryback screams "Finish Him" at himself before finishing matches is weird.

The reference is Mortal Kombat, where Tseng Sueng would yell this at people taking part in the tournament.

Will this lead to Ryback being a loon? Or is this just poor booking?

I haven't seen a Ryback match yet. Does he scream "Finish Him" just before his finishing maneuver? Then it's an apt Mortal Kombat reference, where the "Finish Him" precedes a fatality, or the 'finishing maneuver' of chosen character.

Would love it if Ryback can take some jobber's spinal cord out. Or vomit acid on him. Or eat up his head. Or take the jobber's heart out. Or give a jobber a kiss of death.

That said - Total self gloss. Yelling Finish him at yourself is like giving yourself a nickname.

He looks almost like a two-armed Goro.

So besides being bald and big, why does he get GOLDBERG chants? He's on a winning streak, but he has diffrent trunks and doesn't do the spear or jack hammer.

Maybe Ryback should start doing that as a taunt.

They should get the lighting to drop when he says it and his opponent needs to stand there bobbing aimlessly before he lariats their head off.

It was Shang Tsung in the first game then Shao Kahn for all the ones after. I could be wrong though it has been a while since I played MK1

His main offense is that he emits a pheromone that causes his opponents to oversell his offense.

After the three count he should yell fatality

How is Ryback yelling "finish him" bad booking?

Not that I care either way, but seems like something he probably started doing in his own as opposed to being "booked" to say "finish him"

The whole arm windmill thing annoys me more than the finish him.

In a slightly unrelated note, Brodus Clay should to back to talking more in his matches. My bad!

Yeah he seems to have stolen his signature taunt from a 1990's Ultimate Warrior action figure.
