I never got to really play the original version so I'll be getting this. Hoping they remaster Chip 'n' Dale next.

Of course they won't make it for PC :'(
I can't decide if I should get it for 360 or Wii U.
Oh man. I had completely forgotten about that game, but it's all flooding back like that time my uncle came into my room at 3 am that one time during the holidays.
Damn somebody already beat me to make a thread about this. This was my no1 favorite NES Game. I can't wait for this!

15 bucks to be well spent! Needs to come with a free Gizmoduck wallpaper or something just because.
Game of the Year already.
I always liked the original. If this is like $5-10 on PSN I'll pick it up, otherwise prolly won't bother
crossrine |
It's going to be 1200 MSP so about $15 on each system.

Also according to Disney, the sales of this remastered game will determine if they do more remastered games done originally by Capcom. Aladdin and Chip n' Dales were teased to be the next ones if it does get approved. http://www.screwattack.com/news/pax-...disney-remakes |
I'd buy them all.
For sure. Fond memories of Duck Tales and Chip n' Dale. I remember fuckin' BUYING those games, let alone playing them.
I remember play Chip 'n' Dale on the NES before I was even in school. I remember borrow Aladdin for the SNES from a friend and finishing it in the course of an hour or something.

That is amazing.
Wouldn't that make the guy voicing Scrooge the oldest lead in a video game? That's obviously a record.
Perhaps. They should look into that. Maybe a Guinness record right there.
Unless there was an older guy recently, he'd break the record by about 7 years.

This is a good catch then. Should get credited for this.
Christopher Lee was 87 when the game was released so he was probably 86 when he recorded his lines. Scrooges VA is 94 when he did his lines and I can't imagine anyone older doing lines, plus Christopher Lee wasn't the lead in Kingdom Hearts.
It's a 2D/3D game. I don't think being lead would mean he had to do alot of lines. It was probably just "its a me mario" type stuff. Lee probably had to do more because of cut-scenes and what not.
Intro/ending text being recorded as speech? Cutscenes, if the game has any.
It's going to be the record no doubt. I don't expect much in cut scenes if they are trying to be true to the original.
Probably having him do "hiyas!" for the golf swing or something. |

Looks fun.. Damn, Alan Young still has that voice despite being 94 yrs old. Haven't changed one bit. I wish this game was made for PC too you know.
Capcom announces the PC will also be getting a version of the game and on several services. Also revealed the game will cost $15.
