Your description of the match made me excited to watch. However, the slow pace for the first four minutes nearly put me to sleep. Was there a gentleman's agreement to not body slam each other until after the third guy came out five minutes in? I tried focusing long enough to count the suplexes and slams but didn't notice any other than a neck breaker by King Kong Bundy Clone #2 (Kore) on King Kong Bundy Clone #1 (Hambone) and the powerbomb / suplex spot at the end.
The Mexican music or whatnot with the repeating lyric "[something] [something] gorditas" was annoying as heck. That and the waving of the Mexican flag is a staunchly conservative region means your stable knows how to get heel heat. I heard fans both cheer and boo, so there was definitely audience engagement despite the open garage door making more obvious the handful of fans returning from the restrooms as occurs more disceretely in a more completely enclosed venue.
You're correct that the fans were relatively vocal, and that surprised me because the pace was about half that of even the slowest JAPW match. To his credit, Kore's electronica music is relaxing to help the put the fans in a more compliant mood for a slower match. That one obnoxious kid chanting, "Put him to sleep! Put him to sleep!" thankfully ran out of steam after about half a minute.
I hope that didn't sound like a snide smark rant, but when I read "on our A game," I had imagined a somewhat different, faster match with a few additional slams. To each their own, of course. I respect that you and the other performers are trying to avoid unnecessary risks to have longer careers less interrupted by injuries, but that was a plodding "big man's match" without the ratio of slams to non-slams (1/5?) I've expected in these situations. You do seem to know your audience, and I doubt you're interested in IWA, JAPW, or ROH due to the wear and tear their respective styles place on the body. So for staying in ?CW (I couldn't quite decipher the ring announcer's acronym), your play-it-safe style shuffices.
