If Taker hangs his boots at 30???
Would Wrestlemania still be a success in the future?..
Yes or No??. |
I dont think the Undertaker would ever retire. I think he will be at Wrestlemania PPX hes that good. U know?
|
not bothered like to hear the gongs once a year tho
|
When he dies, 'Taker will be preserved like the corpse of Vladimir Lenin and then be dragged out for display every WrestleMania.
|
Vladimir Dracula you mean. Stop making up people who arent real u know?

I hope taker stays undefeated a few more years. I wanna see him in Mania matches against Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Ryback, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and John Cena. Even a Sheamus mania match would be classic. Obviously all of these won't happen, but 3 or 4 of them would be awesome. Only expect 1 or 2 more though, Lesnar and/or Cena.
|
What reason is there to watch without Taker?
|
John Cena, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, The Shield, Chris Jericho, Fanadango
|
And Heath Slater. Don't forgt Heath Slater.
|
No reason for Undertaker to wrestle past next year. It's a milestone 'Mania and 30 is a good, round number to end his run on.
|
Unfortunately, 22 is a shite number to end his streak on. Should have done it on 20, next logical one is 25, and I don't wanna see four more years of an old, withered, broken down man taken the spotlight from guys that could really use it.
No disrespect to 'Taker, just saying, he's had his run and it's time to let new talent shine. |

Besides, Undertaker built Wrestlemania. Hell, it's named after one of his most famous catchphrases. Nobody's going to be able to carry the legacy of Takermania. Quote:

Yes, it will continue to be a success.

I'm so over the Undertaker. He comes back for these half ass programs before Mania that lead to these predictable matches where he gets his ass kicked for most of the match before coming out with the win and disappearing for nine months again. The streak was cool when it was like "oh damn, Taker is undefeated at Mania, what a surprise," but now that the WWE's lazy ass writers basically build his return and programs around the streak and we know the streak won't be broken it's just boring.

Wrestling once an hour (the first two being squash matches after someone attacks Ryback from behind and softens him up) shouldn't be TOO hard, and could really draw the buys. |

Maybe he wore #22 when he played basketball or something. Who knows. |
Not sure why everybody wants him to retire next year. His match with Punk showed he absolutely can still work a big WM match and then TV or another PPV now and again when the situation warrants it.
I can definitely see him making it to his 25th WM match. |

Taker is sort of the same way. As much as I don't even really enjoy his matches anymore, I think a lot of people would be pissed if he got sat or didn't get to retire on his terms. He was very loyal to the WWE. He didn't jump ship to WCW when the dollars were high. He's probably the only leftover from the WWF comic characters kind of era too. He puts asses in seats. So they'll let him go as long as he wants. |

The matches are predictable now. It's just both wrestlers kicking out of each others finishers for ten minutes in a match where we know Undertaker will win. After a Hell in a Cell match with Triple H, featuring Shawn Michaels as referee, there really isn't any big, high-threat factor to any of his matches anymore. And as CHT said, the feuds are basically built around the streak now. There's really nothing exciting about it anymore, especially since once it's done Undertaker vanishes again. As I've said, huge respect for 'Taker, but I just don't care anymore. His matches take away too much time and spotlight from people that are in their primes now and could use it. He's had 21 matches for Christ's sake, does he really need to keep going? |
So The CHT is your sock?
|
I'm CHT's sock ya idiot. Isn't it obvious?

Also have to remember the Punk-taker program did come a bit close to getting scrapped because of the doubt regarding Taker until he finally showed up. |

I'm assuming he'll still be wrestling, of course, but if he can hobble to the ring, they'll go back to praising him. |

You're a sock faggot. Don't be mad because people agree with me bitch. |

but taker will not quit unless his name doesn't sell anymore. and that won't be true for a bit. |

Does he wear cowboy boots to hide a bitchassness or something?
