Spoilers - RAW - July 29

*RAW kicked off with an opening promo featuring Vince McMahon and Daniel Bryan. Daniel Bryan was incredibly over. Brad Maddox came down to the ring, and he, Vince and Bryan talked about his match with John Cena at SummerSlam. Lots of Ruthless Agression on display. 1 - The Shield defeated Mark Henry and The Usos. 2 - Rob Van Dam defeated Fandango via countout after Fandango bolted to the back. Looks like RVD's first program back will be a feud with Fandango. 3 - Kaitlyn defeated Divas Champion AJ Lee clean with a spear in a non-title match. *Dolph Ziggler came out and demanded Brad Maddox give him a match with Big E. Langston 4 - Dolph Ziggler defeated Big E via DQ after AJ attacked him. 5 - Christian pinned Alberto Del Rio clean in a non-title match. 6 - Cody Rhodes defeated Wade Barrett. Afterwards Damien Sandow came out and cut a promo on Rhodes. 7 - Daniel Bryan defeated Kane by pinfall. After the match Kane chokeslammed Daniel Bryan. The Wyatt Family then came out and attacked Kane. *A video package for 'Total Divas' on E! is shown 8 - Brie Bella defeated Natalya. 9 - Curtis Axel defeated R-Truth. CM Punk ran down and attacked Axel after the match. *Backstage segment with HHH & Vince McMahon, who said that he wants someone like Triple H to face John Cena at Summerslam. 10 - John Cena defeated Ryback in a tables match. Daniel Bryan came out afterwards and he and Cena stared at eachother to end the show. |

Christian beating Alberto Del Rio clean has me marking out. Seems like they'll be sending Captain Charisma up against Del Rio at SummerSlam. Maybe they will have Edge serve as Christian's personal ring announcer on the night? I really wouldn't be opposed to having Christian win the World Title for a third time, either. He needs to do something to make people really care about him. It gives us a face for Damien Sandow to cash-in on, too. Christian could defend the title against Dolph Ziggler in a face vs. face match at Night of Champions, too, which would be pretty amazing. He could even drop the title off and will still look good.
I've got a feeling they may have Mark Henry team up with Randy Orton and Sheamus to face The Shield at SummerSlam. Henry dumps The Usos for more proven partners in a way that doesn't bury The Usos. Dolph Ziggler & Kaitlyn could team up to face Big E. Langston & AJ Lee. That would leave Rob Van Dam vs. Fandango as either an eighth match on the card or a Kickoff match. I guess Ryback could fit somewhere too, but maybe he takes a more prominent role after SummerSlam, as Vince McMahon's chosen WWE Champion. |

I believe they are in Australia at the moment. SD is already taped for this week as well.
