Kane's new gimmick

Should there be a name change? Should we get "Director of Operations Glen Jacobs?" Or does Kane still work for you here? Now if they did go the name change route i think Kane would be dead in the water after this gimmick...but i dont really know how much longer he's planning to stick around so it may not even matter.

ANYWAY random thought. Whats your take?

JimmyMess 11-06-2013 08:44 PM

Everyone knows him as Kane, so stick with that.

I think its a really cool idea, I loved the suit concept. Because everyone in that building did a total "whaaaaaaaa?"

Curd 11-06-2013 08:47 PM

Kane should remain Kane.

Chief Morley didn't go over too well for <del>Van</del> Val Venis.

to be fair nothing he ever did got over too well

Emperor Smeat 11-06-2013 09:45 PM

Keep him as Kane considering when he made the offer, it was as the Authority's personal "monster" and would just be the same as the time he went maskless.

Destor 11-06-2013 10:28 PM

admittedly it was a random thought but i dunno i think i could take him more seriously with a human name DUNNO

Bad News Gertner 11-06-2013 10:44 PM

Mr.Jacobs

#1-norm-fan 11-06-2013 10:45 PM

I'd keep it as Kane. Kane is meant to be his actual first name storyline-wise. No need to break that fourth wall.

#1-norm-fan 11-06-2013 10:47 PM

Mr. Bearer

DrCrawford 11-06-2013 10:55 PM

Kane is fine

Good henchman name too, not even considering his "Kane" gimmick

Keep him as Kane. I'm guessing they dropped the mask so that he can promote his movie as well?

Bad News Gertner 11-06-2013 11:20 PM

Just thinking if they made him corporate that Mr.Jacobs would draw some heat. He could do sshit like when people challenge him to a match next week that he can't because he has a board meeting, or make the WWE lawyers threaten to press charges if his suit gets ruined. People would hate him.

 fabulous! i'd throw some popcorn at that guy

I wouldnt be pissed if he went by Glenn Jacobs.

It could lead to a face turn down the road where he goes back to being Kane.

Glen the Libertarian vs. Real Estate Steve

Book it, SOMEONE!

Bad News Gertner 11-07-2013 01:33 AM

Mr. Backlund should have a role in this administration.

CWK 11-07-2013 10:23 PM

I like the name Citizen Kane.

Cool King 11-08-2013 05:56 AM

I didn't know that but makes even more sense now. I was actually referring to the movie Citizen Kane from 1941. The main character has megalomaniacal disorder which means you suffer from delusional fantasies of power and relevance. The main character also runs for political office in the movie and since Kane is heavily into politics in real life, I just thought it all kind of fit.

Flash Funk 11-09-2013 12:46 AM

Kane might be the only reason I watch Raw this Monday.

I honestly didn't know that Vince Vaughn was such a hardcore Libertarian. I might go see his next god awful movie about him having 2135235 kids just because of this.

Bad News Gertner 11-09-2013 10:02 AM

Kane has a rectangle head.

Whats this all about?

Are they both hardcore libertarian?

parkmania 11-10-2013 05:01 PM

If they are, does that mean having a rectangle head leaves you more susceptible to libertarian brainwashing?

Flash Funk 11-11-2013 04:21 PM

I hope Kane comes out tonight with a list of administrative changes he is making. Some real small things, like a more eco friendly napkin for catering.

Vastardikai 11-11-2013 04:42 PM

And he's replacing the real caterers with people who need to justify the money they're making: JTG and Zack Ryder.
