So apparenly.
I've been hearing rumblings about people hijacking wrestlemania, what do you think? I don't think so I mean Daniel bryan is headlining there no need and new Orleans aren't the hijacking type
|
By hijacking you mean spending millions of dollars on tickets, concessions and merchandise, all which go into the pockets of the company? That'll show them.

The crowd is going to be hot and vocal, like most big show crowds are now. Orton, Batista and HHH will have nuclear heat. Bryan's pop will be deafening. But I don't know how you can qualify any of this as a hijacking
|
Hijacking the show means they cheer the faces and boo the heels while spending over $1,000 per person between airfare, hotels, tickets, merchandise, food, etc.
|
And at SXSW, WWE did a presentation about Hijack RAW and how they plan to use that to pit cities against each other to increase crowd support at shows to see "who the best fans are".
WWE took their little movement and made it their own, and I love it. |
Maybe WWE started the movement, and Punk was in on it all along :shifty:
|
Wrestlemania tends to be a mark crowd anyways, secondly, wwe always has shows with "seats in the thousands" thirdly, the wwe universe, and the iwc will always find something to bitch about. They got most likely d-Bry in the main event, but there will prob be cm punk chants. Point is the wwe universe is never happy

Basically, even if they "HIJACK" the show, they've already spent upwards of a few hundred dollars on their ticket, plus exorbitant prices for concessions at the venue, and even more on merchandise. Who exactly is the winner here? |

Yeah, since when?
Do parents really drop that kind of money for their kids to go to Mania? Tickets plus travel and accommodation? People travel from all around the world for Mania, I can't see those people being marks. |
I can't wait for the hijack house show movement

Someone who's spending an amount of money that could cause financial ruin on a luxury purchase like tickets to a sporting/entertainment event probably doesn't have the best judgment. So... shit, they're the exact type of morons who would attempt something like this. God help us all.
