holy shit

Tazz Dan 09-09-2014 11:35 PM

Just read this. I'm weirdly saddened by this, more than usual.

Cool King 09-09-2014 11:38 PM

The fuck?

I come back from a night out to this news?

This sucks, if it's true.

R.I.P

Cool King 09-09-2014 11:41 PM

I did love his "Devil's Advocate" vignettes from back in the day.

They were great.

Seth82 09-09-2014 11:43 PM

those Devil's Advocate vignettes were awesome.

RIP Sean O'Haire.

I also enjoyed his tag team with Chuck Palumbo.

Fignuts 09-09-2014 11:46 PM

Thought he died years ago.

Lock Jaw 09-09-2014 11:48 PM

What?! When was the last time someone filled his cage with food?

R.I.P.

He was a guy who I thought never lived up to his potential. Thought he was going to be huge.

rob11 09-09-2014 11:53 PM

Smackdown lacked main event heels in early-mid 2003 with Lesnar face and Big Show being the only one. Angle was out and turned face. A-train was meh. I thought it was the perfect environment for O'Haire to thrive. Anyone remember...

He had a great theme too.

loopydate 09-09-2014 11:56 PM

One of WWE's biggest blown opportunities ever. O'Haire should have been huge. He had everything. He could talk, he could work, he had a unique look.

But, after his career fizzled out, it looked like he spiraled. Horrible tragedy.

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-09-2014 11:57 PM

Damn. The guy could have been a main eventer, but I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.

RIP.

Lock Jaw 09-10-2014 12:01 AM

Really wanted more from the O'Haire and Piper pair.

Bad News Gertner 09-10-2014 12:02 AM

Wow. Loved the NBT in WCW. So much talent in that group.

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-10-2014 12:03 AM

I think that was mostly Piper's fault he was out of shape.

Bad News Gertner 09-10-2014 12:05 AM

Next to Matt Morgan, O'Haire is the one I felt the company really missed the boat on.

Savio 09-10-2014 12:19 AM

Tommy Dreamer was the only person to Pin O' Haire in the the wwe (1-on-1)

Vastardikai 09-10-2014 12:35 AM

In memory of Sean O'Haire, his cage tried to take Rollins to Valhalla with him. :(

Asmo 09-10-2014 12:41 AM

Holy shit. That's terrible news to wake up to. Honestly loved the Natural Born Thrillers in WCW, and thought that O'Haire could make it to a bigger spot in the business.

R.I.P.

Evil Vito 09-10-2014 12:42 AM

<font color=goldenrod>Awful news. Another wrestler dying way too young.

I second everything Loopy said. He was massively underutilized. He could have been a really big deal, especially with the brand split being in full effect at that point. Could have been one of the top 2 heels on SmackDown.</font>

So weird, I was just thinking about the old cage joke today. :(

dronepool 09-10-2014 01:41 AM

RIP

Savio 09-10-2014 02:01 AM

Why not post a fight where he wins Kris P? Or are you just trolling?

ravensedge 09-10-2014 02:01 AM

Terrible news. Loved his team with Jindrak. RIP.

GD 09-10-2014 02:05 AM

Rest in peace, O'Haire. I fondly remember his association with Piper during his feud with Mr. America on Smackdown.

#1-norm-fan 09-10-2014 02:30 AM

I didn't care about him at all in WCW but those vignettes he did on Smackdown were fucking golden. That gimmick should have been something huge. Kinda sad that it didn't go anywhere.

#1-norm-fan 09-10-2014 02:31 AM

Also sad that Tribunes.com is where his death is being reported.

FourFifty 09-10-2014 03:27 AM

I still want to find the music that plays during his promos.

drave 09-10-2014 07:03 AM

I wish that character would have stuck. One of the best characters I think.

tbh I don't think he really won any fights :-S

Anyways that sucks. I actually loved him in NBT

Shisen Kopf 09-10-2014 08:50 AM

Wonder what jindrak thinks of all this, or is he dead too? RIP

Those were his two biggest fights respectively. You find a video where he beat someone of note.

Innovator 09-10-2014 10:46 AM

RIP Sean.

That gimmick should have been a license to print money for the WWE, but I'm not telling you guys anything that you don't already know.

Rammsteinmad 09-10-2014 01:25 PM

R.I.P. :( Loved him back in the day. He's my number one pick any time one of those "underrated wrestlers" posts pop up. Guy had everything going for him, and somehow WWE blew it.

screech 09-10-2014 01:34 PM

Well this is no good :(

RiX1024 09-10-2014 01:59 PM

Always rated him, very underrated wrestler, shame WWE dropped the ball on him. RIP.
