According to TPWW Bryan is being left out of this. Why?

The WWE might be thinking that the best way to get Bryan white-hot again is to leave him off the Mania card. It's not like Bryan became the hottest act in WWE by being booked well.

I'm more intrigued as to how the fuck R-Truth is in it. The guy goes from jobbing on a daily basis to putting himself in the IC title ladder match. Who cares?

I honestly believe it's because the WWE looked at the show and realized "Oh, fuck -- we don't have a black guy on Mania." Mark Henry was hurt, The Rock doesn't seem to be wrestling, Kofi Kingston has actually been devalued because of The New Day, the same goes with Big E, Xavier Woods never mattered for some reason, Titus O'Neil got eliminated like a joke at the Royal Rumble and his heel push never mattered, Darren Young is back but no one cares...
Maybe they shouldn't be booked to be fucking worthless for the whole year round? |

They should have Scott "Razor Ramon" Hall as the guest ring announcer, or involved in some capacity. Being that he was half of the original epic IC title Ladder Match.
