Raw has a severe lack of people hitting themselves in the head telling people their gender.

He has 3 in the last 10 years. Only the first one was meaningful and it was in 2013. The other 2 times he held it for like a month as a transitional champ. One time he had no title defenses, the other he was defending it as house shows, but I think he only defended it once on TV.

I'm obviously not talking about his 4 week run with the US title like 5 or 6 years ago or his tag titles with Bray/Luke and Riddle.

Depending on your view, you could say he had 4 title reigns I guess. But the 4th is when he beat Cena to unify the titles and they immediately retired the World Heavyweight Championship, so I don't really view that as a reign because he only carried one belt.

oh wait no there was 4, bryan took the title off him for like a month before dropping it right back one time.

Either way, you take 2013 out of the equation and just use 2014-2022, he's had 2 transitional reigns where he lost it the next PPV after he won it.

He won the WWE Title at SummerSlam 2013 with the Triple H heel turn and MITB. Bryan won it back and then Orton got it back from him. He then won the World Heavyweight Title from John Cena at TLC to become undisputed champ. He won it again in 2017 from Bray Wyatt to drop it to Jinder Mahal. Then he won it from Drew McIntyre. That’s 5 I can remember. There are probably more lol.

I would argue that Orton deserves one more title run that actually mean something before he's done.
