what was raw/smackdowns highest neilson rating ever?

For Raw, the highest OPPOSED rating was a 8.1 in '99(?) for a SCSA v. UT match. SCSA won I the match I believe, and thus the title. I should note that Nitro went off the air 5 minutes early, so I guess that also added to the Raw ratings. I'm not sure, but I think the "This is Your Life" may have surpassed that rating. I think that segment was an 8.6 in the Nilsons.

The highest Raw UNOPPOSED was when Nitro was pre-empted due to the NBA Playoffs. Not sure of the exact number, but it was an 8 something in '99.

I remember that match where Austin beat Undertaker for the title back, I think the show went into overtime and it was huge.
