I don't know if I'm really lost or what, but I don't get what 'Operation Human Shield' and 'Emancipation Proclamation' mean. Anyone care to explain? :-\

And the Emancipation Proclamation is the document that (ostensibly) freed the slaves, the impetus for the Civil War. I say "ostensibly," because it only freed some slaves, and even then only the ones in select states.
But, the joke is that JBL is sending OJ out to fight his battle for him because he's black. |
